Bed remade and now has a very wet Miss Muddy Paws on it. (On OH pillow so not so bad)

    Laundry shuffled

Off to the catalogue shop to pick up new kettle I have reserved
Then lunch with best friend to catch up after holidays

Hope ds2's school don't ring again. I had to drive over and collect him from detention yesterday.

    See you later alligator x

    Pigpen - Lovely photo :D

My books have been prepared and I'm going to get sorted to take them out now. Real pain trying to work out the best way of doing it. Of my 8 roads 3 only have 1 customer on otherwise it'd be so much easier to distribute the books!

    Todays plan:
    Kitchen S&S
    Bathroom S&S
    Make beds
    WM x1
    Ironing
Mr A order - mostly done, just need to check with DD about lunch supplies/toiletries when she gets in
Books out to customers - just about to be put out.

Can't decide what I want for a treat for lunch. Might go the chippy and get curry/rice instead of chocolate from the shop. I need to find shoes and a bag first for all these books, some sort of hoody would help as well if I can find where DD put it the other night when she tided up

Kiddies just snaffling sausages and chips :o quick lunch today as the kitchen is full of cakey bits. I have jam on half but silly me put buttercream in the fridge and its solid, so just waiting for that to come to room temp.

I ought to start rolling out icing really...

At least we are dressed now. It's not stopped raining here since we got up. Better find waterproof coats for the school run. And wellies, gah. I hope they still fit...

Might do a meal plan for next few days whilst they are eating.

Phone call at 8:10 always means one thing, the bus has not turned up for school so spent 45 minutes taking kids there and coming back.

Gov meeting with Head went on longer than planned but I did take the bits back to N£xt that I needed to whilst in the car (which I had to use as I didn't have time to walk after being the bus).

Just having a cuppa and crumble then I'm going to do HH flying before settling to some paperwork for an hour.

Ionafan, it sounds like lots of progress is being made

S&S in the bathroom, eaten 2 slices of cake so far today (whoops, but one for me and one for baby honest!). Cat is poorly, I caught him drinking water out of the washing up bowl last night and it had some washing powder in, he's thrown up and had the runs (sorry tmi). His fur is starting to perk up so I think he's on the mend and he's back eating again. Joy! Have emptied the washing up bowl so he can't do it again, stupid animal he has fresh water down in his own bowl!!!

Feeling super, duper tired today. I think I overdid it with the painting yesterday :( If I recover properly today by having a lazy one, I'm going to paint the dining room whilst OH is away tomorrow (hehehe). I have a glorious lime green for below the dado rail and cream for above, he has advised that he hates the green, tough!!!

There is an animal in our woods next to our house making a lot of noise. I think it's a fox. Is it their mating season?
No; but this time of year, young males are striking out on their own and competing for territory, so they'll be quite vocal about that.

I had been umming and aahing about which choir to join here, and last night I made my mind up. We had a very good rehearsal with an excellent conductor, and I came home very happy with my decision - I love singing, and it's both physically demanding and mentally challenging so very good for me. It was a pretty good day all round :)
I am sooooo jealous! I used to have a pretty good voice, but these days I sound like a bullfrog with laryngitis (I gather it's yet another thing I can "thank" lupus for). What sort of music are you doing?:o

Folks, I may well not be around for a couple of weeks; we're off on holiday on Monday for a week, and after that Mr LW has the following week off on leave, so I shan't have a lot of time to get on MSE. We're taking the netbook with us, but really just for me to keep my email down and keep the money spreadsheets up to date. I'll drop in if I get chance, but if I don't... well, "I aiten't dead".:D
