Just caught up, by accident I clicked on the slimming world thread and it did take me a few pages of the thread to realise it was the wrong one.
Welcome newbies.
INS
5 items from glossy box
3 x lacura hyaluronic gel, they were reduced to 99p and I thought it would be rude not to try it
1 lacura serum, I wanted to try it having read some good things about it and since 3 items had already slipped into my trolley this went in really easily. I was also thinking that I don't have many serums.
UU's
Lush Two little boys bubble bar WNBA lt was about 6/7 years old and not my favourite ( lemon and lime)
1 x 100g Soap made up of sweetheart and black sands
Bath bomb WMBA not lush but quite nice and cheaper
Elemis pro collagen marine cream 4 ml WBA
Enchanted body lotion in twylight 200g WMBA I do like the body creams from the company and loved it when I first got it, highly scented but it go a little overpowering towards the end.
Invigorating body lotion 50 ml WNBA okay did the job

I don't think you are alone we all have companies/ products we like, I don't get what the fuss is about with l'occitane or Molton Brown I have tried several products from both companies and won't again.
BS I like for a few items and I quite like reviews for a few new things they have just bought out. I only ever buy when things are on offer which tends to be most weeks.
Lush I used to absolutely adore this company and would spend £100 plus in there every month but things have changed. Every offer has been removed, They are stopping accepting 10% vouchers at the end of next month, the product prices are going up and up, retro is now in silly prices, the quality of products over the last 2 years has gone down hill fast. SLS's are used in so many products the shampoo pucks list SLS as the first ingredient, I can't get on with any of their hair care range apart from jungle. The soap is melt and pour soap that lush buy in and then add tons of water to and then they wonder why they shrink so much and a lot don't lather well. But I do love some of there scents and I do like there bubble bars and bath bombs and can't find any company that do them better. I do like there Facial cleansers and face soaps and a few other bits. I have a stash of twilight shower gel which I love and I bottle of blue skies bubble bath ( which I will use as shower gel) which is my favourite scent that lush have ever done but I am saving it as I doubt it will be released again.0 -
I have a couple of OUTS via raffle prizes, a bath/body lotion/ purse set, a Boots shower gel/body butter combo set (bought in the 75% off sale
) and a BS duo set I made up and wrapped in nice sellophane
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -

Can I borrow a cushion please? I think I might be on this naughty step for some time. I've just ordered some new stuff from MUA, in my defence, it's all gorgeous and it did only cost me £20.80.

Morning all, hope you are enjoying this gorgeous weather.
Re Lush - I have never really got on board with their stuff, I feel a bit confused when I go in and don't really know what's what and if you stop and look at anything the staff pounce. I have only ever repeat purchased one thing and that is the Dream Cream for DD's eczema and I can recommend this as it really does keep it calm and it smells so comforting and soothing.
I don't really get L'occitane, I have a few bits from there but whilst nice I am not wowed by them.

Picked up a bottle of Garnier Minerals deodourant yesterday. It was on offer for a reasonable price and I don't have any aerosol deodourants at the moment.
This now brings me to 17 INs this month and 6 OUTs. I do have 2 things getting very low, but they won't be over with by tomorrow.
Out of the 6 months I've been in this challenge, I've only had 2 where I've used up more than I've brought in (although this month I did have some birthday presents). Overall, I have 19 more INs than OUTs. I really do need to start using them up!0 -
UU:
REN glycolactic mask mini - im undecided on this. i think i prefer my elemis papaya mask to this but i still wouldnt say no to this!
DIOR black eyeliner mini - WNBA, the dior eyeliners are very disappointing for the price!
Gatineu milellear water - WNBA, i prefer Bioderma and the Nuxe one to this.
something momentous is going to happen this coming week, i will have gone a whole complete month without a single IN!! :j i think the is the first time since i started this challenge I've managed a no IN month so a corner must have definately been turned at some point! :rotfl:
the only thing im going to need soon is hair colour which i don't count as its always an in then straight out again and my Anastasia Lash Genius will need replacing because thats getting empty but im holding out for a decent GWP on cult beauty before buying.0
