PC Cleaner pro has messed up my PC !!

    Think a trip to PC World is in order to buy a new PC.

    buying a new pc when there's nothing wrong with this one is a little wasteful. It's a software problem that could be cured with very little effort.

    Are you joking? :eek: Some people just can't be helped.

    You can just run a clean install, but you still haven't asked the question that I posed in post #12.

    As indicated earlier, the message that IE is starting without Add Ins means that the shortcut is incorrect. If it's on your desktop you will need to delete it BUT NOT YET.

    From the Start button navigate through Programs and select from there. If that works THEN delete the desktop copy.
