Don't make a drama. :j I didn't jump to any conclusion. What I have noticed is that you haven't bothered to answer my question in all the excitement.
Should I guess that you won't be able to access any USB slots?

post a hijackthis log - instructions in speedup sticky above
if you are using a third party firewall, disable or uninstall it.
if you'd done a macrium backup, you'd be able to fix this easily!!

I totally didn't notice that she was already in Windows. I must have been reading another post wherein they couldn't boot into Windows.
