No you don't but don't bother with BBC TV Licensing because their only job is to collect the money so might insist you do, horrible peopleThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Why would TV licensing say you need a licence to listen to the radio?
The radio licence was abolished in 19710 -

I like that colleagues...(is everyone who disagrees with you in the pay of TVL?)
You're the one who always makes comments about anyone and everyone who disagrees with you working for the BBC.
Op.
No TVL required for radio, or from memory if you've got an STB connected to just a set of speakers to pick up the radio stations on DVB-T.0 -
Is this yet another license thread liable to swift closure?
I think some of the regulars on these type of threads need a new gramophone needle, their old one appears to be stuck!0 -
The question was answered in one reply... why do the anti-Beeb brigade have to constantly wade in with a bit of propaganda... give it a rest!:hello:0

Now don't be silly, the BBC PR people are easy to spot and spend lots of time defending the BBC on sites like Digitalspy like yourselfKurtis_Blue wrote: »I have trouble sleeping these days without a good TVL paranoia thread,Tiddlywinks wrote: »why do the anti-Beeb brigade have to constantly wade in with a bit of propaganda
Very easy to spot and look how they've completely ignored those people who have been setup by the BBC sales goons.
Anyway its nice to see yet another person who's stopped feeding the BBC Trough

That's going to end well!
The Public are under no obligation to contact the BBC sales goons, this has already been mentioned in Parliament.
Does it not tell you something when the BBC presume guilty but the law of the land is you are innocent until proven otherwise.....................you think about that!
I've never had a BBC TV Licence, what would be the point in telling them when they state themselves they won't leave you alone and the information you give them will be put on their database and used against you in the future. You might agree with that fascist ideology but I don't, the only people that do spend lots of time defending them, people I have on ignoreThis is a system account and does not represent a real person.
