Hello menina, Joanne and TTGU :wave: and thanks for stopping by. Positive is the way to go for sure and I'm hoping my bank isn't that anal about the coins! I love coins and used to collect USD, roll them, and change them at the banks without problem. Kinda crazy when you think about it......even the bank doesn't want to take cash! In the Netherlands, many of the banks didn't take cash at all. Can you imagine? Always thought that was the weirdest thing.

So what's on the agenda for HOK3Y today? Off to Darlo to spend the day with my best friend in the world. She has a bridesmaids dress that I need to pick up and put on EBay so it should lead to some extra pennies for me. We are spending the day making the invitations and table decorations for her birthday ball in November. It is set to be a lovely day.

Meanwhile I am checking in here from my bed with my iPad and feel absolutely no desire to get up from my soft, warm, snuggly spot......hmmmm, this could be at odds with me getting to aforementioned friends house! I love my bed. No, really. I LOVE my bed!

Small victory this morning: Checked my cc to discover I had overestimated the interest by $2........down goes my total debt! Whoop!

10 days to payday, 10 days until I have money to float and can see about doubling it with some matched bets.........how much will I pay off my debt at that point?? Who knows? But I guarantee it will be over $450......depends how much I can make! Excited, excited!

Updated my s/s with absolute correct %ages of interest instead of roughly guessing the monthy $ amount. Tweaked the figures in places I think we can stand it and have shaved a month off the debt free date......Aug 2014......not even doubting I can do it, just pushing for it!!! Whoop! Less than a year to financial freedom - that will fly by in no time at all! :T

First goal post: See if I can transfer as much into USD as I have predicted in a couple of weeks......gotta be kickass with the matched bets!

So, Miss Perpetually Positive (aka moi, HOK3Y) had something happen yesterday that I think you would consider a bit of a road bump. Not going to explain it because it's not worth the negative energy that surrounds it and will only affect me to write, but basically I have an unexpected £400 expense coming up soon. I took a bit of a positivity hit when I found out and it took me a couple of hours to regain my bliss. Yes, I have to absorb these numbers somehow. Is it going to affect my budget - no, I won't allow it. Is it going to change my end goal or date - no, I won't allow it. Am I going to find a way to generate an equal or higher number to balance the unexpected spend - dead bloomin' right I am! So, universe, I will take the hit and raise you a windfall!

Very positive way to look at it!! I found our once I became money aware that I had more debt I didnt know about, was a bit of a set back, but one I added it to my signature total, it became part of the goal and soon got paid off!!

Thanks TTGU. It's not extra debt - I've always been acutely aware of what I owe! I'm confident of the numbers in my signature. This is an expense I should not have to pay but will end up paying and so it's a little irritating to say the least. However, I will win over this situation in the end. I will!
