My friend whips out her chargers in pubs and restaurants aswell! I think I am long past caring with mates like that :)

Oooohhh, TTGU they are so darn good if you shallow fry them and them slice them up while hot in a wrap with your preference of extras. Who needs McDonalds?! Bleugh! Hope you LOVE them - such a bargain. Also good with chips, mushroom rice, pasta, mash & gravy......currently amazing myself with how low we can keep our grocery bill!

Crimson! You're the devil! :D I may have to copy you now that you've given me permission.....! Lol!

Hello wegle! The day is not quite going to plan......the NSD hasn't happened as I remembered I had to buy milk and more wraps but I did get a better bargain on the wraps from Tescos rather than Asda - score! No roadkill as yet but it's only lunchtime. Congrats on the EBay bid - Universe, we need a whole lot more if you don't mind pleeeeease!

Bank rec is down to £43.14 in several million pounds of transactions which isn't bad going. Now if I can just find the problem.....one of my staff has predicted I will find it as soon as I walk back in the door from lunch. I am humbled by her faith and eternal optimism! However, seeing as I have never had a bank rec that I couldn't balance to the penny, she is right in that I will find it.....just the time scale may be a little off! The 2 year analysis can wait a while!

Shame about the NSD, at least it was on a need and not a want!:j no road kill for me either. :( did manage to find some free parking for my dentist appointment though!

I am also a fan of roadkill and have no shame in picking it up, my brother who used to mock me will now pick up silver roadkill only :)

This really made me chuckle. :D I love that there is a acceptable limit of road kill to your brother. Me? I'll take the lot, copper, silver, gold, paper! Not found any in ages thoug. I used to love it when I worked in the pubs, I'd regularly come home with about £10 a night from the floor and once found a £50 note under the sofa cushion in the bar! :j no such luck in my current job.

    Oh my! Hello everyone!

Bad weather, I have found over £16 in roadkill this year. I have been known to knock children out of the way for a penny! :D No shame whatsoever!

Trixie, don't mistake my positive attitude about my debt for me not wanting to beat the cr$p out of my b@st@rd of an ex. I am fearful of the next time he shows up in my vicinity as there is a fair chance you will all read about it in the papers. Not even remotely kidding. But you are right, money is just something to be understood and managed and that is a positive journey! Sometimes you have to learn the lesson the hard way. Not sure I would respect my money so much now if I hadn't gone through the bad times. X

Tiglath, of that's very kind of you, thank you. I hope you love the book. It has laser focused my own beliefs and improved my positive outlook when most would tell you that would be a tall order! :) Hubby bought it on audio book and he has been a different person since he finished it. I don't think I have ever seen him so inspired.

Wegle, I am loving the giraffe! Way cool! Well done on the free parking! I found 1p in the end - yes! I have often said to hubby that we should go out to the pubs on a weekend purely to pick up roadkill!

Well all my debt troubles will be over in an hour or so. I have told the Universe that the Euromillions are mine tonight so I will be looking forward to making some full and final payments tomorrow (once I've stopped screaming and crying :D), shopping for my dream home, and taking my sister and brother-in-law out for dinner to present them with the biggest cheque they've ever seen......come on Universe! :D
