Oh thank you wegle and crimson. Gosh, I know I've done the right thing and that I have made a difference to my future these last 3 months. I guess sometimes I feel I can't seem to have a month go by without something unexpected ambushing me from behind! I'm so unsettled this evening. It's odd and not like me. Can't put my finger on it completely. Oh well, will just have to have a good night's sleep and wake up in a helluva good mood......wish me luck with that! Xxx
And if all else fails, my friend is bringing alcohol....god help me.....although I apparently have the better end of this deal.....today she surprised her brother in law with LIVE CHICKENS!!! :eek:Credit Card Freedom gained 14 Feb 2014!!Total Debt Freedom gained 29 Apr 2014!!Savings goal 30/9/23: £72,000/£538,001.....yes I'm serious!Total Debt August 2013: [STRIKE]$21,587[/STRIKE] April 2014: $0!!!!:j0 -
Can I be any more on edge? I think not. I swear this day is trying to kill me. So I figure I'll make the crumble topping in advance for tomorow and grab all the ingredients and my scales. Measure out the flour and run it through the sieve. 3 balls don't go through so I reach in an try to break them down but they don't go. I grab one and run it between my fingers trying to work out what it is. I was thinking it was some kind of fibre, like a rough piece of packaging.
Wrong.
I look down and see one of the other balls crawling up the sieve in my direction.
Mother. Of. God.
Absolute FREEEEEEAK OUT!!!!!!!!! Do not know how many times I have washed my hands. Utterly disturbed. Ick. Ack. Bleuch. Eeeeeeewwwwwww!

Best of luck with dinner tomorrow evening HOK! Make the most of seeing your friend, she sounds absolutely lovely! :beer:
Hope you are feeling a little less on edge tomorrow. I think it is probably the splurge that has you out of sorts. I had a few splurges myself in the last few weeks, and they made me feel 'wriggly'! I just felt at odds with myself, and worried that I was headed back to where it had all started! Just keep a close eye on things now, until you are paid again.
And most importantly..... bon appetit!Debts: Credit Card: €6000 ---> €5050 Feb 25 \ Overdraft: Step 3/100

Thanks castlelough. x I'm just really chewed up at the moment. Payday cannot come quickly enough at this point! It's not like me to be so irritable and worried so I need to figure out how to turn it around. I am sure this evening will help on that score!
So, on the happy side, I have sun streaming through my office window and my boss has said I can leave a little early. And you know what else is great this morning? Reading the diaries here and seeing that people do achieve great things in banishing their debt. That is absolutely wonderful and it tickles my soul.Credit Card Freedom gained 14 Feb 2014!!Total Debt Freedom gained 29 Apr 2014!!Savings goal 30/9/23: £72,000/£538,001.....yes I'm serious!Total Debt August 2013: [STRIKE]$21,587[/STRIKE] April 2014: $0!!!!:j0
