I take it your friend no longer does scuba there?"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

No he moved back to the UK when his daughter was getting to school age, he and his wife decided it would be better for her to be educated over here rather than risking the English school there or the Spanish school which isn't great at supporting bilingual children. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Well, that's understandable, their kid's education is quite high up the pecking order - even if it spoils your freebies.
I'd better knock off now, but it's been good talking.

That's a lot of shopping at amazon. Do you just buy presents there?scubaangel wrote: »Got a couple of mystery shops booked for this weekend too.

At the moment am aiming to be able to buy a Kindle Fire but usually its pressies or when I lived alone I had a few grocery staples on subscribe and save, things like pasta, tinned veggies, cleaning stuff.
Fairly local, town just up the road, which is handy as it means I can also take a run over to say hello to the staff at my new work place. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

It's cheaper than an iPad and saves me working out another app store since I already use amazon for so much, plus if I want to buy stuff via it I've always got credit in my amazon account.
This would be news. I had an interview yesterday, had a phone call today offering me the job. Managing a coffee shop in a shop, working for the same company I worked for in Surrey. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Thanks PWPS, I'm quite looking forward to it, similar to the job I did down south but a managers role in a much smaller unit so I'll still be very hands on and customer facing alot of the time.
It's about a 30 minute drive from home but I can look in to moving nearer if I'm happy after a couple of months. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
