  • Sorry its been a couple of days since ive checked. Had a £5.60 overspend today on my meal tonight - this is however my only planned spend this month/ house completion date.

So far 1 cardio and 2 weights sessions. Has another planned cardio session today but dippy here forgot her trainers :(.

Still have all the things to sort for the planned car boot Sunday and I've got about 3 waking hours in the house to do it in - as well as eating and doing my first assignment for my professional course.

    Quickie check-in.
    NSD again. Tick.
    Took lunch to work. Tick.
    Alcohol free. Tick.
Exercise for 45mins at gym. Tick.

My fridge looks nearly bare and I haven't thrown anything away for ages.

Skyride Local booked for Sunday. Never done one before but it could be fun. Free anyway. Also going to check out a cheaper cattery on Saturday. My current one charges £15 a night for both cats. This one is £10 a night so a big saving over a few nights.

    Night all. x
