Hi all...
Checking in today with SFD 2!!!
I had a bad chicken experience at weekend- some in date chicken breast when I opened it was distinctly grey and the smell... OMG... i just binned it - but on hindsight should have taken it back to the supermarket... but i guess how can you prove you hadn't left it out for days?!?!? Anyway - that's what's prompted my thoughts of just going back to eating a mainly veggie/fish diet. I almost threw out what I had left in the fridge (2 packs of chicken breasts) because just the thought of eating it was making me heave... but I got someone to check them and I cooked them all up and will see how I get one
Bleurgh!!!
Thanks for the tofu tip Kat - will also see if I can find a good source of tempeh as it's yummy!!!

Day 2 belated update
Forgot to post an update despite being off! whoops. Maked 17 lunches and bought some more groceries so apart from fruit and veg I am set for the month.
Day 3
Had an unexpected mini emergency so didn't manage a nsd - just means I must try harder for wed-fri. I have started to plan nsd in my diary. Still not managed to get out for a jog, am going to try to fit 2 in somewhere this week. At rehearsals most nights so may try to go after work tomorrow and on friday.
I'm really busy this weekend but if I am off Monday I need to think about putting some stuff on ebay, and sorting out wardrobe. I may be at a course so I will put it in my must do sept list.
