I got my cheque today. Payable to policyholder. I phoned them and they said this is happening a lot and I have to return it with a covering letter and a copy of my passport and wait another eight weeks. Anyone else?0

I have received a cheque for £74 in relation to premiums paid after 14 January 2005. I had CPP only (and not identity theft protection).
Can I get back any of the premiums paid prior to 14 January 2005?0
