Just to reiterate Martin's advice, and reflect other users' comments. I was in two minds about whether to proceed but having read reminders and advice on MSE I went ahead and a couple of weeks later received £100+.0

hi, I am fairly sure when I looked up my Egg card, Goldfish were part of that, see my post higher up with the address and look on the link, it may show you there, but Barclaycard seemed to have taken over alot of these little cards
you just write to them and there is a template on here but just a very simple letter, i am still waiting but only sent a couple of weeks ago - best of luck0 -

Hi
My sister has received letters from CPP along with the claim form but she sadly died last year.
Can her executor make a claim on her behalf?
I was in the same position after my husband died. I was advised to complete the forms and return them with copies of the death certificate and powers of administration letter. His estate was closed so I required the cheque to be made out to me and should have also been told that one has to specifically request this otherwise the cheque is made out to the deceased.
After a long wait I duly received the cheque which then had to be returned and have had a further lengthy wait whilst they ensure that I haven't banked the cheque I returned to them!!!0 -
I took out CPP cover from 2002 to 2012, and have successfully claimed and received almost £300 from CPP and £100 from Santander (for the pre 2005 payments)0

I have the claims forms ready to send, but I've lost the pre-paid envelope - Could someone provide me the address of where to send them to?
Many thanks,0 -

I'm so sorry if this has been answered. I have the cpp letter and it gives me a policy number. There are a couple of different policy's this might be for ie egg or clydesdale bank. How can i be sure which one it appertains to when filling in the blank in the template. Any help would really be appreciated.0
