FBThree - fingers X'd for your vine! Maybe you could have a gentle word with them before they start?[/QUOTE]
Oh soo going to try but I thought I had a gentle word last time. Of course, the vine grows outside the door of the neighbours that have the decorators in, and then grows across the back of all our 3 houses, so it's not really mine to have much say over. But if they do cut it the other neighbour will talk about it all summer..... and that'd almost be worse!

Of course, if they'd arrived when they were first scheduled in April - it wouldn't be a problem!

Not fair - Finn napping. Me tired and he's napping. Lucky so and so. :rotfl:

    MOrning all

Am trying to become more organised. So got up at 6.30 this morning. It has made a huge difference. I am not rushung around like a lunatic!

DW emptied. Bedding in WM. Hoping the WM finishes so can hang the washing out before I go to work.

Lunches made (did the kids last night, so that helped with my morning time keeping!)

I just need to put the bin bags out & then we are off to school.

Dinner will be summit on toast as its swimming night.

Hope everyone has a good day

    Morning All

Just a quick hello and ((((hugs)))) as nothing much to report. DS came home at 5 ish with a load of his gear from Uni, incuding a load of washing, some of which he wanted to take back with him today, so he sorted a couple of loads out, and put the first one in, then help us do a BBQ and was out of the house by 6.30 pm to a "Gig" at Leeds Uni, The Cribs I think, (DH & I suggested it could be spelt with the "a" and a "p") but in honestly dont know them, no doubt some of you younger ones will take me to task on that - lol. Has to go back today as wants to attend the final year Fashion Show some of his friends has their collections in, so will be gone when we get home from work.

Totally dis-organised and seem to be in a 3 week holding period just waiting to finish, must get my head in gear.

Happy Anniversary N9eav, Congrats on the RFL Scuzz.

    Take care all

    Good Morning

Did everyone have a great wk end?
I had a rubbish night sleep, lucky if I got an hour in snooze's.
Sorry I never really had the chance to post! I mooched for a while but always got distracted when typing, cant possible remember what everyone did etc!
(((Hugs to those who need/want them)))

The only time I left my house was to go shopping on sunday morning. Even that I struggled with.
Panic attacks are small but frequent, I can cope with those! BUt still leaves me drained!

Think my arthritus in my knees are flaring up again! Been in pain since Friday with my right one!
If its not my back, its something else - Please someone give me a good shake!

Pool finally emptied, cleaned & put away for now.
Managed to get all housework done & bedding ironed & changed, washing nearly complete and dried.
Washed cushion covers in the living room, changed all plug-in air freshners.House smelling sweeter now with a mixture of bleach, disinfectant, polish & freshener!
It will soon be disguised with the smell from the SC today! Sausage casserole for dinner!

Kids had fab time with their dad, and for once they didn't come home hungry! They was shattered though, as most of the y-day, they've all been out on their bikes. DD really doing well, its only recent weeks that she's been learning to ride her bike without stabilisers! DS however, came back with his shoulder grazed, and a whopping great big bruise on his knee. He came off his bike! Infact by bedtime - it had swollen! I never thought till this morning, I should have put an ice pack on for him! I hope it gets better for when he plays rounders in the school team on the 15th. He got accepted last week, as much he's tried to get involved with teams/groups etc, he's never been chosen until now!

(((dlb))) sorry for your loss! you know where to find me for a chat! Garden is looking fantastic now! What are your plans for the bottom area? DH has done a brill job! OH not much cop in that dept (as you can tell from the unlevel patio - lol! But he does try! Like we keep saying, its the money which delay's things! The solar lights in the new wall, looks like the runway from Manchester airport! lol

Amie - sounded like fun with the sand castle comp!

    Off to read the thread,
    catch you later

    Goodmorning everyone,

Well I hit the sack really early last night and went out like a light. Looks like another sunny day here ;) but rain is forecast for the rest of the week. I hope it's wrong. Got a load of washing on which I'll hang out soon. Plans for today will be going for a few walks around here. Not to go into the car as we're both sick of sitting in it and generally veg out.

Yesterday we met Ivan & DW and had lunch with them. Great day and lots of laughs :D

Snowy Glad Teddy came home. Little stop out that he was.
    N9eav Happy Anniversary.
Kyle Good luck at the hospital. Maybe you were looking for yoghurt cake under the mattress. :D
Scuzz Well done in the race. That's 38 minutes more than what I could have done.
dlb Sorry to hear about your uncle. ((((((hugs))))))

Well my mind has gone blank so good wishes for the day to everyone else & (((((hugs))))) to those under the weather. Byeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

    Morning everyone,
Glad Snowy's cat is safe, happy anniversary N9eav, per ardua huge Asda, Amie. mrsmortonharket - what a brilliant start to the day - but you'll be knackered by teatime!

Said I would read 100 pages of the Man Without Qualities yesterday, and I read 120, another 5 while drinking my tea this morning. Only 600 to go. The plot crawls along like quick set cement. Is Diotima in love with Ulrich ? Am now past caring.

Thought I'd made a mistake transferring money from bank to building soc, but by some miracle this morning, all the money is where it should be. Michael is coming round to look at my computer this morning, walking from Stoke Newington so won't be here till 10, and I'm off for a shower.

Am going to knock another 50 pages of TMWQ on the head before bedtime.

    Morning all

Congrats on the anniversary N9eav - enjoy your meal.

Hugs to the rest of you who need them.

Another one who didn't sleep well last night, kept having strange dreams. DD2 had most of last week off because of her bad knee and has now come down with sore throat and ear ache...will take her to the walk in clinic this evening to see if she needs some antibiotics.

Got a chicken in the sc with red wine, garlic and onions, will serve with new pots and salad tonight.

Just run myself a very deep bubbly bath so going to go have a soak for half and hour before I crack on with the ironing.

Hope you all have a great day.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Morning! :hello:

    Happy wedding anniversary N9eave!
Snowy - so pleased about Teddy! My old girl doesn't wander too far these days but we have had others that did, used to be a regular occurance having to ask our neighbours to check their sheds and garages.
Catowen - hope your headache eases soon, I hate them and seem to get one every week! Agree with Queenie it is worth checking that you are drinking enough water, something I am working on myself.
Scuzz - Well done on the Race for Life!:T
Kyle - good luck at the hospital!
ivyleaf - Have a lovely holiday in France!
(((Hugs))) to dlb, crazychick and pen pin

I am aching all over today after yesterdays mad gardening day! Lovely neighbours gave me some of their surplus plants - 4 tomatoes, 1 doz runner beans, 4 peppers, basil and 4 cougettes plants, now all in garden! I have also sown some radishes, spring onions and lettuce. Our spinach is doing really well and providing 2 - 3 meals a week, ruby chard is also doing well as are the herbs.
Off to catch up with the flylady thread now

    Good morning all!

    N9eav - Happy Anniversary!

Scuzz - well done with Race for Life

Essexgirl - hope dentist ok - we (DS & I) are off to the dentist, too, so you have our sympathies.

    FBthree -
Sooo sleepy! Didn't sleep too well and my nose won't stop running!
    SNAP!
I was up at 2am having a lemsip & reading a book, went back to bed just after 3. I think it must be hayfever, but not sure.

Penny-pincher - hope you feel better today, same goes for Catowen (and anyone else I have missed.

Crazychik & Snowy - rotten having sleepless nights, isn't it (((hugs)))

Hello to everyone who has posted in the gap while I was typing, and also to those I missed (nothing personal, I don't always know what to say!) and to those yet to come.

As I said, my night's sleep was broken due to what I think must be hayfever, so I am not all that bright this morning. To add to that, DS & I have dental appointments (yuk!)
Also, DH is still off work with his painful shoulder injury, and we weren't too bothered about getting up early - but my sister rang at 7.30am and asked if we could look after my niece today - and she was just on her way to work & would drop her off here! So I had to get up & showered earlier than I had planned. DN has a heart condition, and is having problems at the mo, so we have to watch to make sure she doesn't turn blue - cos then we have to phone 999 (which is why she can't be left alone while my sis is at work as she normally would) She is 13.

Later today, DH has his doctor appointment to see if he is ok to go back to work, then we are off to collect some stuff from freecycle this evening.
Then, if I have the energy I have Keep Fit group this evening. Hopefully should sleep tonight, then!

Dinner today will be something to do with chicken, as I did a roast chicken yesterday, & today is "leftover Monday"!

    Have a good day!
