Vodafone are Mis selling, I asked for a sim only deal with 4g, I had my iPhone 5 with me and they put the sim in it and advised that my number would port over within 24 hrs. It did, but I was not getting 4g , I went back to store and assistant checked my phone, she then aske a "more technical " assistant to check it, I was advised to contact Apple as they could not see why it would not connect, I then rang customer services who also dod not know, they put me thru to technical, who advised that a standard iphone 5 will never work on Vodafone 4g. So why was I sold the contract ???0

Because the Vodafone staff are probably just looking to fleece you with a contract. Or maybe they really were ill informed.
But chances are they'll refuse to cancel the contract and you'll have to go through a lengthy process to get it cancelled.0 -
