And what does the audit report say?
That feedback methodology never works with me. Because whenever anyone tells me they wish to give me feedback, I automatically know there is a criticism in there somewhere, so I tend to deselect the good and only hear the bad.Still striving to be mortgage free before I get to a point I can't enjoy it.

No I don't tell her she is being difficult and she was much better yesterday. I got to read the report in peace and now have a grip on how to feedback to some individual although not all of them. I think the main report says something like the next steps are not clear enough and discreet information ends to be marked as such. We can work on this so should be ok. 67% for gateways not good but don't affect our main score.
Example of what type of comment I don't like was when the said person who criticised my work and it were talking about the audit report. I told her I had not read all of it and digested it due to doing too many things and being short of time. She then said well if you cannot multitask you won't be a good supervisor. I just answered no but we know that. She quickly retracted.
Tahlullah I know what you mean about not hearing the positive but in my case I had missed one bit yes it was vital but the rest was actually quite good and totally relevant but the way she relayed it it sounded like without the missing bit everything was wrong and that is not very helpful if you are going to improve from feedback.
She also managed to feedback back to one of my best assessors without all the details and it wasn't her job to do so anyway so I won't have her involved now in the post audit stuff.
Holiday is to Denmark and it turns out there is a spare room in the holiday cottage they have rented so DH and I can go. We will only stay for a few days as it's too much otherwise. It does mean I need to change my leave but I think manager will be ok about it. She gave me a lovely necklace yesterday from her travels. Really like it.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Had to go in late this morning as having our free cavity installation done as well as someone fixing the fence. They are all getting in each others way but I didn't want to take any time off to do it in two goes. Evil me really. £180 for the fence is great as it will patch it up and get rid of the horrid one in the front.
Night out with work tonight starts at 7pm for everyone so will have to kills two hours at work but ok as I wont be there until 10ish this morning. I wont drink and I will drive home as the lady where I usually stay over isn't coming. Also I don't think a manager should get drunk infront of the volunteers.

Just got news that I wont get my actual certificate at the conference in May, shame as I doubt I will be able to go next year. Oh well I still get to go don't I.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Love having all this time off really nice.
Work do was fine nice to get to talk to people rather than quick chats. I think everyone enjoyed themselves I only staying to 10.30 then drove back sober.
Been painting the kitchen for the last two days looks great actually nice to get rid of the marzipan yellow and into chic shadow grey. Just need to do the gloss on two doors third one wax painted a few years ago.
Will have to do the lading and hall way too due to the airing cupboard leak. Really nice looking forward to that.
Did a mystery shop as well cost me £5 extra but it was nice and I didn't buy any of their expensive plants.
Need to mow the lawn too but with everything closed tomorrow shouldn't need to spend any money. Really want to so a trip to Ikea but playing golf Monday and away next weeks so will have to wait.
Up early and feeling tired so might have an early nights
Hope you all enjoy your long weekend.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Rained most of today so no gardening done as its only just stopped Dh has been a real pain this weekend not sure its going that well with us at the moment he was !!!!ed last night. Pretending to be out hitting golf balls when really he is in a pub or god knows where drinking.
Still not booked flights not really sure I want DH to come.

Kitchen all done and most of the crap thrown away or put in the garage. Upstairs ceiling could have done with another coat but it's quite dark so hopefully won't be to visible.
Golf was fun played better than I had hoped and nice company too. Got the lawn done when I got back and a bit of gardening. Peas sown outside and some flowers potted up.
Also booked my flights to Denmark going for 12 days staying in the airport hotel the night before. £11 cashback from Quidco 40p more than booking direct without Quidco. No cashback for flights sadly but should get some point to use as money of next flight. I do like Norwegian airways free wifi of board and nice self check in. Pre booked seats only £16 for both legs for us so worth it I think. DH does get quite stressed these days.
Work is going to be manic as only there for two days. Board meeting tomorrow so late one, then Weds got gym then Thurs meeting all day so won't get in but going to see friends new house which will be nice. Then Away Weekend Friday to Sunday so need to pack and find the summer clothes from under the bed.
Need to buy card and present for friend want to take a plant as a moving in present cannot think of anything else to get her.
Right going to update my calendar upstairs and go to bed.Save £12k in 25 No 49

All the very best to you and hope dh can stay on track. You have quite enough to worry about. XPaid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -
Thanks SSS so far so good although he insisted on having a glass of wine with dinner but it was only one glass.
Board meeting last night got home just before 8pm. Then into work for 8 and made the gym for 6pm. DH cooked dinner and now bath.
Got a £1000 pay rise nice and unexpected as I'm now on the huge sum of. £24k a year. Used to be £36k plus free car but it's ok I'm happy. Got paid £35 for doing the evening session I hate doing but needs mus doing it twice in May.
Off to see a friends new house tomorrow after an all day meeting and then off for a golfing girlie weekend on Friday. Will be good and I won't have to worry about work until Monday.Save £12k in 25 No 49
