I am a great believer in not getting stressed about something that you have no control over. You cannot control the score you are given any more. It is done. Sounds trite, but please try not to get too upset. Remember, this is an opportunity to improve. And that's hard to do when you don't know where you have gone wrong. The auditor is helping you with a process of improvement. It not personal.
I have to be audited annually, Lexcel just expects it. There are good points, in that you are always operating to the best of your ability, no chance to get complacent and for standards to drop. Plus, when it happens annually, you can lose your fear of audits. You see them for what they are. A process.
Keep smiling.

I'm an auditor. Sorry
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Thanks Tahlullah and GallyGirl I agree about the audit it's a good chance to improve and learn more however the amount of prep we have to do each year to prepare could be spent on actually helping clients. I truely believe it's our badly functioning from system that is to blame for some of it another 6 months and we would have had a chance. We only started using it in late August. Anyway will know on Friday and then it's a night out.
Train spying went ok I found him on his own (had walk through 12 carriages) and only had 0 to do it but found him at the end. On his own and he didn't see me. She was relieved and if it helps her no having a breakdown then all good. She needs to chuck him out but won't so this will happen again. Anyway I'm dead so need to go to bed but did make my personal training session today.Save £12k in 25 No 49

I'm an auditor. Sorry

Oh, no amount of tiny writing can get away from what you wrote! I saw it! Luckily, I have a good relationship with the auditors I interact with on a regular basis, so will not hold it against you gallygirl. In fact, the last auditor I had the pleasure of working alongside, said I would make a good auditor. Good job I wasn't eating, would have choked on my sausage roll! Much respect for you, because I would not have the patience, or be able to tolerate the resentment that comes from some people. It's unfortunate that sometimes, people cannot differentiate the role from the person.
Sorry you got dragged into the spying game for your manager TallGirl. I know it seems like the easiest option for a quiet life, but sometimes, this can come back and bite you when you least expect it. Maybe not from where you think it will come from. It could be something as simple as an expectation, you did it once, you will continue to do it for me into the future, even when you no longer feel it acceptabe or appropriate. But I am certain you will be ready for such an eventuality and how to extracate yourself if needs be.
As I said before, this will continue until she makes the decison to seperate, but how long will you be expected to be a participant in the breakdown of the marriage before you start feeling bad about your role. And, I am sorry, but the more you do, the more you will be perceived as having a role in this.
Sorry if I sound like a school teacher. I did not intend it, just not very good at expressing myself.Still striving to be mortgage free before I get to a point I can't enjoy it.

Tahlullah as always your are absolutely right and this will run and run. I did offer she didn't ask or pressure me to do it and she was very grateful. I don't really want to be involved but I know he is subjecting her to emotional abuse but far far worse also physical abuse so it's hard just to walk away and ignore it. I cannot understand why someone so articulate and seems normally functioning can put up with that. It's horrid to even think about sadly. Promise I won't get any more involved than I need to.
Work not easy today two divas slightly different ones than normal and had the two people I supervise in the office but they are lovely and no trouble.
Manager ok but dealing with a potential claim for neclegent advice which is a lot of work. I don't think it will come to anything but we shall see. DH has gone to get a McDonald's he woke me up at 5am so need sleep.

I think you express yourself very well!
I totally agree, whilst things are open-ended it will go rumbling on, she needs to make a decision one way or the other for her own sanity, never mind yours.
I spied on my OH when he had his fling, but it was my spying, blonde wig, listening stuff, not involving other people:rotfl:. I rather enjoyed it in a perverse way:o and never regretted it as it got me to the point where I could make a decision.
Fingers crossed for your audit and have a relaxing weekend.0 -
As usual, Bugslet talks sense!
So TallGirl, what was the result of the audit?Still striving to be mortgage free before I get to a point I can't enjoy it.

Finally able to come back on here.
Bugslet sorry to hear you had husband troubles but as you said you got what you needed from spying. My manager does lots of spying herself and she did catch him at her house but he wormed his way back in. Spoke to her on Friday night and she feels that the train incident was his change in a long time to do something and as he didn't he is trying and has changed. She told me he does treat her really well and is a good man. Well the more I can stay out of his the better so left it at that.
So suffered yesterday didn't get any studying done but did do the garden and had a BBQ eating in the greenhouse as it was too cold outside.
Today I am going to do a lot of reading and then take a bit of time off during next week ready for the exam on Saturday.
Going out for breakfast in a bit I presume although DH wants to watch the f1. So I can get started early. Need to do some more gardening have sweet peas to plant out but need lots of compost. Will post some pictures on here laterSave £12k in 25 No 49

Thank you T.
I have got three things I need to do
Phone cavity wall company to make appointment
Make appointment for sight test
Book smear test.
Those are the most important ones the next ones are less important
Check times for MS on Friday
Check ISA
I am actually getting confused about the ISA I only have three and as far as I remember last years was a two year fix so that's ok. The one before that should be a two year one that pays out in May and then the oldest must be three years and I think that's the one that pays out in October. They are all with Santander so if two expires this year I want to put those into one. Won't be able to start one for this year yet
Just found this thought I would update. Cavity wall has been booked MS done and I now know 1 ISA ends in April interest paid 1st May so that won't need to be moved until then. I think santander puts them into a differently named account so I can easily spot that. Still need to book eye test and smeertest.Save £12k in 25 No 49
