Not been that productive to be honest had three hours off yesterday to study so no friday night out with the girls. Looks like we will go out at the end of the month and then there will be another camping trip which is nice.

Anyway today DH is playing in his first mens comp for many many years. Usually he doesn't play as he hasn't got s regular team but he signed up last week so today I shall have at least five hours of peace and quiet to study. Also got two mystery shops one in a local pub for dinner the other a shop.

Thomas eyes have totally cleared up but Jacks not looking that much better.

My mums birthday present arrived after nearly three weeks so don't have to claim money back from Royal Mail.

    Plans for today
    • Study
    • Cook pork in slowcooker
    • Look at greenhouse and check seedlings
    • Mystery shop x 2
    • Look at banking lost joint account password
    • Possibly pressure wash front drive

I think that will do hope your all having a lovely weekend.

doing 1 mystershop now and have sorted greenhouse out. Done mock exam and would have passed took 25 min could have taken 30min so that's good too.
Need to copy and paste a load of stuff to print out for study but not sure I can start to read ahead and next section is not live until tomorrow.

Bought a nice rug sack for £25 £20 off for MS fee so that will come in handy as we are going camper vanning again in May. My manager husband has bought a second one and the original one needs some work doing but its good if we can have a girly trip soon.

Finally went to the club before DH tee time to make sure he got signed up to play ok. Turns out he should have loaded his account with money before he could play which I had no idea about as us ladies don't do that. In the end he got to play in the comp and he is signed up for next Saturday as well. Happy day he really is getting better.

Banking done joint account just about able to cover the golf club membership but no money for fixing fence.

Still not done the pork but expecting DH home any min so don't want to start but might have to.

How beautiful Tallgirl. I wish I had the patience for gardening. Love flowers and the gorgeous smell, but do not like the effort involved. I adore the smell of hyacinths. Lovely.
Still striving to be mortgage free before I get to a point I can't enjoy it.

Hyacinth are my favourites too, those ones were given to me as a thank you for some work I did for a CAB in my old job two years ago so lovely that they have come back so strong this year.

Container gardening is easy I plonked those pansies in the hanging basking last autumn and didn't have to water them all winter obviously. Same with the bulbs they were left at the side of the house and taken out when they were almost ready to flower.

Just had lunch on the deck it's so hot I need a short sleeved shirt on.

Posted some more photos on the gardening section if anyone is interested

Gosh early start DH woke me up at 4am well it was actually Thomas being sick and then I stepped in it. Lovely. DH now gone and it's still too early for me to get up.

Manager on leave today and I have to supervise our phone advice this morning, managed a whole day supervising advice yesterday but I did have help from fantastic volunteer supervisors. I hope I didn't make too many mistakes.

I think my training supervisor is really struggling so I need to spend some time with her hopefully this afternoon and I also have to look at a process which my horrid money adviser doesn't like. Not looking forward to that but hey oh hopefully I can massage her ego and we can get it all done quickly.

Still not got the fence fixed waiting time is mid May from one company which may be ok as I will have saved up.

Really want to book my summer holiday to Denmark but need to find out when my sister is off and when my manager wants leave.

Might just go for 10 days and then try to get down to see my uncle in Malaga. Camping trip booked for early May can't wait.

Things really bad at old place of work I am so so glad I am out of that it would have driven me mad by now.

Need to crack on with some studies final section needs to be done by Monday then it's revision and I need to check I can log in for the exam. Not long now will be good to get it done but I have enjoyed doing it.

    Hello TG

Been a bit manic myself recently. Garden's looking good, you can come round and do mine if you like, I'm having a total ( but hopefully cheap) revamp of it all this year:eek:. That includes me digging up a lawn, so MSE, do it myself and save on pumping iron at the gym.

Catch up with you later, off down south for work for a few days.

Hi Bugslet lovely to hear from you sorry work is manic but that's good isn't it. Garden makeover sounds exciting I paid to have all the hard work done (when I was earning a good wage luckily) although I do have Greenthumb to do the lawn.

Are you having gravel instead of grass or something else fancy. I do like my lawn and now it's edged it's easier to mow it.

My peas and beans need to go in the ground they got really good roots on them.

Got the tricky situation at work sorted no problem in the end I got what I wanted and she came in with some good suggestions so I think we are moving very much forward. I'm so pleased. My other person didn't say much today she is on a course and then had to leave early I hope she is okFriday I must speak to her.

Anyway hump day DIY SOS on the box and been to the gym so all is well

    Hi TG

It's been a while since I posted on your thread but I have had the odd lurk :D

Really great to see how much happier you are from a year ago and look forward to more garden photies. Seem to remember you getting your new greenhouse last year (was it last year) so bet you're looking forward to using it

Thanks for popping in ATT good to see you are still around. It has been a bit of a year after mil died I thought 2012 was bad with DH troubles etc but 2013 was actually worse well the start and the end. Now it's much better certainly don't miss old job with all the stuff going on there. Strangely enough main reason I left was the travel but also the focus of the company towards what they were offering their clients was changing. Now it looks like it's doing a 180 degree turn and actually I could get behind the new way but wouldn't want to go back.

Work has actually been really good this week dispite having to supervise for most of the week but we have not been that busy don't know where the clients have gone this week maybe they will be back today.

Don't think it will be a Friday night with the girls DH is taking Thomas back of his jabs. I need to study Saturday and then I'm playing gols Sunday which I look forward to. DH is playing Saturday so I get nice peace and quiet.

Audit is next week I think we are almost prepped there are a few bits I would like to do but been too busy so hopefully it will be ok.

DH has just gone to work I don't have to leave for another hour so will get up have some breakfast and chill.

Hope you all have a lovely Friday.
