Same here, not had one like that before and was kind of hoping it was going to be a 'gold' smart the way it was hidden in the envelope, but alas it wasn't.

I seem to be getting a fair few envelopes, particularly medium brown one's, in my posting pack that don't want to stay stuck once prepared!! Must be an old batch! I've been putting a bit of sticky tape on them to keep them secure because I'd hate for them to open up in transit and "out' the recipient. So forgive me for being over cautious, but I'd like to think that other panellists wouldn't want to "out" anyone if they can help it, especially if a bit of tape is all it takes!

i had the same ones last week and i put some tape across too as they just wouldn't stick!

I've had a look in the training guide but to no avail - if they've asked me to include a SMART that I don't have, should I just include a different one?

When is the item due to be posted? Sometimes the smart to be inserted doesnt turn up until a few days before.

From memory you can pick another one and another screen appears asking why you didnt use the allocated one.

Do THEY think you have it (other than asking you to include it in a post item that is) because they have sent it to you, even IF you never received it ?

What does your STOCK say ?

Go to MANAGE MY SMARTS
and then
List SMART's currently in my stock

This list has ALL SMARTs that you should have ...

... and they get put here by 2 methods.

Either through the post you receive from other members where you log the R# and the fact that you got a SMART included

OR

direct from TNS where YOU don't have to log anything on their arrival - TNS will just update the list

It would make sense that it IS in your stock list IF they want you to use it

Hi all I'm still fairly new to this survey but just wanted to double check if I take a holiday during the month and have informed tns that you do not receive incentive stamps that month?

I took a two week holiday in June and still received items during my holiday period but didn't send any but didn't receive incentive stamps but with me being away I can understand that but just wanted to check?
