I too can't figure out how to include the original quote in my reply! It's probably really obvious how to do it but alas it still eludes me! 😕 So in response to Luckwudaveit (#5103) and bdark2755 (#5104), this is what I do as a sender... I stick the address label over the crease made by TNS so then the recipient can see if there is a "fresh" fold (along the original crease line). This obviously isn't completely fallible but does go some way to help the recipient see whether it was folded in transit and then decide whether or not to mark it down as so.
If I can't make out whether it's a "fresh" fold or not when I receive the large brown envelopes I mark it down as folded/bent. Considering these envelopes do actually fit inside the large white env in the posting pack, without having to fold them, you'd think TNS would try not to do so!!0 -

Good idea - now I'll know if I ever get one from you....
I've just been recording them as folded on arrival and putting it down to the usual TNS eccentricity that they hadn't realised they were doing the folding.I need to think of something new here...0 -
Good idea Clairabella. Now how to figure out how to quote!0

Slight problem, they've already sent vouchers for those and these are for different amounts.
Have emailed them and amazingly got an answer straight back saying they are looking into it. Bet I'm not the only person affected!
Well they still haven't come back to me but today I received two posting packs containing cubes to be send the week beginning 4th July.
This time round I'm having to post more and more parcels than before. This week they want me to do a cube and a medium and then these two cubes next week. The postage for these totals £14.50. Have to admit that sometimes it does put a strain my cashflow.
The vouchers are great but as they can only be used in a small amount of places they aren't a direct replacement for the cash we have to lay out. Surely they could introduce Paypal payments and then still reward us with the £2 voucher later which is the bonus part.
If they carry on asking me to post this many parcels I'm going to have to think hard about returning when my stint is over. :cool:0 -

Perhaps they will do a general email to all of us next week.
I too had L2S vouchers said to be for a posting this coming week (according to the date, I don't know whether they got the week number correct) when in fact it the cube is to be posted the following week.
Generally the vouchers have arrived before the relevant posting pack so it looks as though someone didn't change the date on the letter when they sent them out.0 -
I'm on my second six-month period without a break and I'm sick and tired of taking cubes to the post office. The assistant always asks what's inside them and I always say craft materials (I'm sure she doesn't believe me)
I spend the vouchers in Iceland. I often get shopping there so it's easy enough to spend them like cash. My sister saves them up and gives them to grandchildren at Christmas time.
I'm sure they said a couple of years ago that we would only have to deal with a maximum of two cubes every six months. ??? I've had loads to send and once it was two in one day (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) - I sent them both at the same time as the post office isn't very close to home.0 -
The cubes are annoying as there are only so many times you can think of stuff that is light.
One of these days I will just say it's a box of air...0 -
For those posting cubes too often, I suggest emailing TNS to advise them that it is not convenient for you to post cubes due to the distance that you have to travel to your nearest post office and suggest to them that you will only be able to post cubes once (or whatever is good for you) per month.
I remember that I completed a TNS survey many months ago, where it asked how often that I was ok for posting cubes and, if I remember correctly, I said once each month.
Please remember that it should not be costing you money or much effort to post any items. I am lucky as my nearest post box is less than 100 yards from my bungalow.0 -

Surely Royal Mail cannot agree to being a liar as a qualification to participate in their survey?0
