Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

This morning they've sent me two lots of APL reimbursement vouchers, according to the letters they are for items to post next week.

Slight problem, they've already sent vouchers for those and these are for different amounts.

Have emailed them and amazingly got an answer straight back saying they are looking into it. Bet I'm not the only person affected!

I used to wonder why large A4 Brown envelopes sent to me were always folded. I've now been asked to post one out and realised they are folded by TNS before being issued to the sender.

I often wondered this as well. How did you log it? When the questions asks about damage, I'm sure one says folded.

My first 6 months stint is coming to an end next week. I still have 2 items to post tomorrow, 1 on Monday and 1 next Friday. However, when I logged onto the portal this morning, my online posting schedule has disappeared. I've just emailed them to find out how I log these 4 items as being posted when and where?
Has this happened to anyone else?
I also have an extra button called 'correctly delivered' but I've not applied for it, was going to look into it, hmm maybe they read my mind :rotfl:

I have heard back from TNS, they are experiencing IT problems at the moment, so I guess it's just a system glitch.

Never heard of that survey - what exactly do you have to do?
Seems a better option than the usual one where we get paid in stamps.

Despite using the + button and 'quote' I can't figure out how to quote.

Brown A4 envelopes I record as receiving 'folded'.

Correctly delivered survey is a 2 week period where you record all mail received and if it was delivered correctly and whether they leave parcels on your door steps! You get a £5 love2shop voucher for this period and literally takes less than 2 minutes a day to enter the info! If you are available for the 2 weeks you have nothing to loose!
