only just back on the panel and shocked at what i am recieving from other panelists
instead of cd/ dvd box they had tore up the cd/ dvd box into peices so it was flat and fitted in a medium browm envelope and selotaped it all over so it was flat with 40p franked stamp on it instead of 2nd class small parcel costanother one yeaterday had a cube with 5 large letter stamps instead of APL at post office which would only have cost around £3-35
They have already been given the cost of postage in L2shop vouchers
might be ok if they are out sending ebay items but a no no on the panel
There really should be a mechanism for reporting that - getting them kicked off - and the £2 follow-up voucher being sent to you instead :-)I need to think of something new here...0 -
Heartherks.....I suggest that you don't report anything to TNS as you may be removed from the survey.
Instead I suggest that you accurately report what you have received on the TNS website and see what happens.0 -

just out of curiosity, why would he/she be removed? The two sly cube senders doesn't really expose him as a panellist right?0 -
I'd be inclined to email them exactly what happened. There's no room on the panel for these type of people. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

First you say, don't report anything to TNS. Then, in the next sentence, you say to accurately report it.
Accurately reporting would involve describing what was received and how much postage was applied.0 -

I think what the poster meant was just key in the information accurately on the TNS website, rather than inform the incident by email or phone.0 -

I would key in the data to shown incorrect postage and incorrect item posted. however from my dealings with tns this most probably won't flag up the poster but may get you removed from the panel instead. I would report to tns directly0 -

Almost exactly what I said in my previous post :stephenliverpool1 wrote: »Heartherks.....I suggest that you don't report anything to TNS as you may be removed from the survey.

I would not say anything to TNS.0 -

Then surely the sender should be the one to be removed rather than the receiver?0
