    Hi

Its nice to be back on....I had gap of 2 years and decided to contact them. I think Im in one of the largest busiest counties in England so usually do 2 weeks training then go on a break. I do do correctly delivered surveys though have never been invited t the other survey. I have noticed that there seems to be less things to post these days. Ive 2 this week and 1 next.
I have had call to see if I know what to do with everything. NOt sure that the chinese weekend news is my thing. I have had cosmopolitan before though.
Ive been monitoring notices and must admit that the "mistake postings" are certainly on the rise. Perhaps people just assume its letters to post.

whoever is sending me A4 envelopes from their work place, can you please stop gluing the A4 sheet with the R number to the inside of the envelope. I didn't realise on the first one that it was had been done and reported to TNS that the R number was missing. They said they couldn't track from the smart who sent it to me. the second envelope I got I sussed by yanking hard on the glued a4 sheet, it was the R number sheet, so put them both through.

no. they can just place the paper inside the envelope. tns didn't tell me that they were supposed to do that and that's where it was. So I assume this person is bein cautious. but it's a pain when you don't know

I've had a couple where the sheet is stuck to the inside of the envelope - but I assumed it was caused by heat when the envelope went through machinery somewhere - or maybe the sealing glue leaking a bit. I can't see why anyone would think it a good idea to actively stick it down???
I need to think of something new here...

There are some organisations where the machinery glues the sheet to the envelope. Some gov depts glue the address sheet in and the letter is separate. I seem to remember the DWP ones from Belfast do this.

Thanks moley - that makes sense... Stops the page slipping and keeps the address lined up with the window. I was assuming they would have been done by hand to get the SMART in rather than through a folder/stuffer/sealer machine.

On the previous topic - I did get my posting pack in time - and the following week's together so looks like TNS are catching up after the floods. Next week includes a Cube but I didn't get the L2S vouchers until 2 days later - previously I've had the vouchers before the pack. Wonder why they can't just put the vouchers in the same pack as the Cube?
I need to think of something new here...

only just back on the panel and shocked at what i am recieving from other panelists
instead of cd/ dvd box they had tore up the cd/ dvd box into peices so it was flat and fitted in a medium browm envelope and selotaped it all over so it was flat with 40p franked stamp on it instead of 2nd class small parcel cost

another one yeaterday had a cube with 5 large letter stamps instead of APL at post office which would only have cost around £3-35

They have already been given the cost of postage in L2shop vouchers
might be ok if they are out sending ebay items but a no no on the panel

Hope you have reported them - this kind of thing seems to be increasing.
