    Hi

Before last collection means is any time before the last collection.

Any time before the postperson gets there... But perhaps don't leave it to the last minute; I have been caught out once or twice when I thought I'd posted at 1728 (or I did according to my watch) and it came up as a query when the SMART showed it wasn't collected until the next day. Mind you, it could also be that the box was emptied ahead of time, or not completely emptied which RM would want to detect if it happened regularly on the same round.

    Thank you :)

When is the latest anyone has received their posting pack? I haven't received a posting pack for a letter that needs posting next Monday. Hopefully not lost in post or posted to my neighbour....

I've received it as late as the date of the first letter to be posted - doesn't happen often, if it hasn't arrived by Friday then I would contact TNS via telephone or email to let them know it hasn't arrived. Last time it happened to me they just told me to hold any items that arrived too late to post over until the following week :)

Ditto my posting pack hasn't arrived yet and I have 2 to post next Monday. I emailed them first thing this morning, no reply as yet.

I thought maybe the Bank Holiday has held things up, but it was only one day, it should be here by now.

Me too... Mostly it comes on the Saturday i.e. ten days before but occasionally on Mon or Tue - never been this late before. Mind you, the web page doesn't update and allocate the SMARTS until the Thu/Fri before posting so there's no big advantage in having them much earlier.
I need to think of something new here...

Agreed. Though you can select whichever Smart you like from the drop-down list if you make up the items before they have smarts already assigned online.

    Mine arrived yesterday :)
I've just read they have localised flooding, so there will be delays in responding to emails etc

Problems at TNS. This message is on the web site:

"Because of severe weather and flooding at our operations centre, there will be interruptions to our panel support services over the next few hours. This means our helpdesk will only be offering a limited service and there may be additional delays in responding to telephone and email queries.
Thank you for your patience, we will provide further updates in due course"
