For obvious reasons I know little of the TNS set up in RM.
Belfast (RLB) is the only unit legally allowed to open mail.
TBH it seems more likely the item got damaged and ended up at the RLB as normal mail.
    Thanks for confirming...

The old posting packs (manila envelope) often arrived battered and torn; the new ones (grey mailing bag) seem to survive better. So like GetRealBabe sais, it must have been seriously mangled to lose both the address label and the return address. Presumably the RLB team found a TNS address in the paperwork and sent it back there - whereupon TNS worked out whose pack it was supposed to be from the R numbers.
I need to think of something new here...

I had a black posting pack last week, back to grey this week??!!
  • Good system. They just queried the last collection time for my post box too, so I checked: a small sticker has appeared, saying the time will change 21st March. Looks like tns jumped the gun, not like them to make a silly mistake ;). Blimey, my post office moved a couple of weeks ago too, what a thrilling drama the postal system is. :D

My local box has had one of these stickers for over 9 months, but they still haven't actually changed the posting times yet!

Practically every week I have to dispute the posting time on the system, and TNS keep phoning and emailing me to ask for photographic proof that the times are what I say they are. Very annoying, but it is by far the most convenient postbox for me to use (a few steps from my front gate), so I will just have to hope that it gets resolved soon.

If that was me, I would ask for TNS to pay something for the photographic proof. Cheeky s**s.

Has anybody had problems with the TNS helpline e-mail? I've had a couple bounce back saying "User Unknown".

I am getting sacked in 4 weeks time. It happens every time I go on holiday. They are getting as bad as Sports Direct. I do not want paid holidays or the minimum wage. Al I want is a few free stamps that I can swap for some food. or beer. :easter_ba:beer:

Yesterday I received my free stamps for April, getting ahead of themselves aren't they? I only got the March ones 2 weeks ago.

I suspect with the Easter weekend falling on the last weekend of the month they will be a little ahead of themselves.
