We booked a holiday in USA for 10 days in January and when I came back the postings continued as normal. Based on that very surprised you had issues when you take holidays.0 -

So I always send it to this email.
I've tried sending to msurveys-helpline@tnsglobal.com and helpline@tnsglobal.com and both are bouncing. Looking back - shouldn't it perhaps be rmsurveys-helpline@tnsglobal.com?
So I turned my e-mail into a letter, put into one of the white A4 envelopes from a posting pack, added a large 1st and posted it to Swan Lane. Let's see what happens!I need to think of something new here...0 -
I've always really enjoyed being on the panel for these surveys as, living very rurally, there are so few other little money-making opportunities such as Mystery Shopping etc.
On my latest stint I received a letter from another panellist with a SMART inside but the envelope had been damaged in transit, ripped apart actually, and had been put into a polybag by Royal Mail and sent to me with their standard 'We are sorry....' letter enclosed.
Whether I was foolish to email the survey people to tell them about this or not I don't know but I was being honest and thought they should know. They took me off the survey panel with immediate effect as my cover as a panellist may have been blown and staff at my local sorting office may treat my future mail in an untypical way, so invalidating the integrity of my data!
Needless to say I'm gutted to have lost one of the few profit-making opportunities I had (as stamps are so valuable to me for various reasons) as well as feeling I was doing something useful as a panellist.0 -

I sympathy with you but from TNS's point of view you have blown your cover. Sometimes in life it pays to keep quiet.0 -

Unfortunately, if you had read back here you would have found out that other people have been treated the same way.
Here is another link for postal survey you could try to see if they will accept you.

You can receive payment by Paypal. I am on the "receive only" panel & make about £8 pm but they do have another panel where you post items. Check this thread

Sorry I don't proof read my paras that should have been
rmsurveys-helpline@tnsglobal.com... I have now edited the original comment to reflect this.
Anyway I have had a response from them as belowHello,
Thank you for your email.
We’re sorry that you are currently short of SMARTs.
We have ordered you an extra batch of SMARTs which you should receive next week. In the meantime, please delay preparing and posting any items which require a SMART until you have a SMART to allocate from your online stock list.
If you don’t have the allocated SMART as showing on your online schedule, you can allocate any SMART which is flagged in your stock list as either “Ready for Use” or “Awaiting Stock Check.”
Kind Regards,
Anita
Postal Survey Team
Hope it helps you and others.....0 -

Got my first non-R number item today - a magazine. One of the questions they ask is whether the postal "indicia" are solely from Royal Mail or include another company. It seems obvious, but when you look at the FAQ section (under "Bulk mail items") they manage to make it confusing.
Firstly, they include an identical logo "delivered by royal mail" 3 times for no apparent reason, then under "Examples of non-Royal indicia" they include a very similar logo with a code underneath beginning C9, in 3 different variations. No explanation or comment is given for this rather awkward, easily mistaken distinction. Peculiar. :eek:0 -
