I think you will find the average is the 6 months but posters have reported being invited back quicker. You can still take part in the UMS and D2D surveys when resting which I think are better as you receive £5 L2S vouchers.

I have been asked to do an extra six months because there is nobody in my area to cover the months I would be off for. I usually do six months on and then six months off.

I got my April stamps on 10th March - that was really early.

Hi all, does anyone know when I should expect to receive the initial collection stamps (special edition or smth). I started towards the end of February and it's been 3 weeks. I'm worried it was lost in post as the postmen tend to post my mail into next doors and next doors into next doors, which I have reported in the past. However, if it's just a case that they only send it after the initial trial period (i.e. with all the fake smarts), then I don't want to make a fuss.

hi guys,
I'm in training to join the panel and o my posting schedule there's a jiffy bag to be posted tomorrow and icnlude the cardboard training smart, however I havent received the smart. could you please tell me what to do? should i post it without it or wait till the smart arrives and post it next week on tuesday?
I've emailed helpdesk but no answer. thanks

Then I got the no-reply email reply back. I sent it to

rmsurveys-helpline@tnsglobal.com

So I always send it to this email.

BTW the 1st email add was to inform me I have been parked for a while as they oversubscribed in my area and will come back when they need me.
I have also be parked from UMS as well. Oh well I will miss those L2S vouchers good till it lasted.

Hi I also am in the same dilemma I emailed them on Fri and have had no reply I have had my only post for the day and it hasn't arrived. I will wait until tomorrows post and then I am stuck what to do as well.
I have also asked them the question

In their survey form they do ask If I Did include the SMART in the envelope. I haven't clicked on No yet so I don't know what the next Q will be. Will it be i) Why or ii) Continue to accept it and submit.

Will wait reply here or from RMS.

I'm quite new, but I read somewhere that we don't have to post it if we don't have the smart yet. I also have a jiffy bag for tmr to be posted, but no smart. It says in training that we can wait a week and post same time next week if we haven't got smart yet. The idea is we never send things without smarts.

Thank you so much CKsuper I appreciate your prompt response. I guess I must have missed the lines in the training manual, and I haven't read this and it's pre-addessor posts to establish this.
