just looked at posting plan for week after next, and one of the entries for Posting type says "Response Services". Just curious as to what it is.
"Response Services" = service to businesses whereby they pay for the postage. So BRS (business response service) envelopes - the ones which have the pre-printed address and show 1 or 2 to indicate the class of postage. (Some businesses describe these as "pre-paid" when really they are paid for after delivery.)0 -
Hi all, I've just gone to sort out my letters for this week and discovered I am due to post a packet tomorrow but they haven't sent me one, I have the sticky label for it and all the other envelopes but no packet?
Any advice please? Many thanksStayHome * StaySafe * BeKind0 -

The best thing to do would be to email or call them. They will just log you have not got the envelope to post and you won't have to post it. They don't tend to post another envelope for you to continue the posting as normal. HTH
I email last week to inform them I had a packet with a 1st class stamp missing they just said keep the packet and made a log of it.0 -
Thanks for that 3010, I will give them a call this afternoonStayHome * StaySafe * BeKind0

Just had a telephone call with TNS regarding a letter I received in July. They asked if I was away on holiday because there was a days difference between the days. I just said I can't really remember Julys items and said go with the smart data. I must have logged it after midnight and said it arrived today. That is all I can assume.0

Some time ago I found that their time system for "today" turned over ahead of local time (perhaps because their system is controlled from outside the UK or is simply not taking account of BST/GMT changes?).
So you may have recorded it as received "today" when it was still that day but their system was counting it as the next day.
It is a pity that it does not display the day that they think is "today" or "yesterday".0 -

I have just logged in without any issues, although the darned smart reminder popup always freezes my browser. Is there no option to only have it show once?0

Are you using IE? If you are, switch to another browser and you may find you don't get a new window opening with the reminder.0
