Ooops, that may have been me . Only realised I'd forgotten to put the SMART in once I'd sealed it! I did email TNS though and let them know.

I haven't received any stamps for October (last lot I got was early September)

Has anybody else been missed?

The site seems to have gone offline at the moment - just when I was looking at the SMART numbers they want returning

I haven't received any stamps for October either. I expected them to be within the posting pack received yesterday. They seem late sending this month.

The note that came with the stamps in early September said it was October's incentive.....I got those but haven't had the next lot yet.....

I started early September so the stamps I received then were for September, surely?

It's a lot of work and the stamps are a good incentive - I wouldn't be doing it otherwise.

Hi, Not received stamps either :-(
Also a couple of queries - I've just received a copy of Farmer's Weekly, I've entered the details, can I just recycle it now or do I need to keep it /send it back?
Secondly I have a letter to post tomorrow - Saturday- after 1pm, but before final collection, the problem being final collection is 10.30 am. Do I follow the first part and post after 1pm? Thanks.

They don't want FW. Recycle in whatever way you want.

Post before 10.30 am on Saturday.

On the printed slip that comes with the stamps, it tells you what month they are for.

I always note the month/date of arrival down just to keep an eye on them.
