Anyone still having problems logging on today? The site will not load at all on Chrome and on IE I can get onto the site but can't click on any of the daily tasks. I have emailed them as no reply when I call.

Just tried and it's fine for me in Firefox.

Yep on IE I can't click on anything. On chrome I can't see images. Just tried on Firefox and it was fine.

    It's been ok on Safari.

Anyone else having issues with the packets not sealing properly? I've reported it but have also received a few packets that have been open on receipt..

    Re sealing packets -

I make sure that the crease for the flap fold is folded over crisply before I remove the slip protecting the sticky strip. Then immediately press the flap down. I also prepare the pack well in advance of posting day so that it has time to "fix" before posting.

    Lol!

I remember someone said they use the blank labels to seal up their envelopes!

I had that as well. I just registered it as unsure as I wasn't 100% - but now I'm wondering if the website is knackered. I also got a parcel the other day with no smart in and the website told me it should have had one. Assumed the sender had recorded it as included but not actually put it in.

I think it probably is. Over the last couple of weeks I've made entries reporting on posting and on having prepared items ready for posting only to return later and discover that the posting has not been recorded and the items are "ready for preparation".

I'm missing an item from my sender pack that I'm meant to post tomorrow. I've just emailed TNS to let them know, and see what they advise.

I seal the packets down with one of the extra sticky labels there always are. They do the job nicely, and no extra expense for me.
