I am on Firefox but had allowed the popup. I found where you can remove it from the allowed list though so now it's getting blocked again. Hope they don't put anything interesting in there now.0 -
I've had a few queries over the time I've been doing TNS. And they are often queries for some weeks previously. I have to be honest and say that I don't know. There is no easy way to track back what you have posted, and I don't keep my posting schedule sheets once the week is over.
That being said, I'm 99% sure I post when I should and enter my received data correctly.Because it's fun to have money!

I have had to email them. Have started training for the third time and posted 1st letter this pm but when I log into my account the green 'task complete' box is ticked and when I try to tick or open any of the other boxes under description or' task outstanding' which are all green nothing happens. The 'task must be completed' box is red . So I don't know how to proceed it seems stuck on when I was training the 2nd time,0

I logged on yesterday to find the red box with "resolve queries" highlighted. I clicked on it to find that they were querying a delivery from the Friday before last saying that I had indicated that the letter was received on Friday but the SMART indicated that it was delivered on Friday. Could I clarify the delivery date. I even read it twice to be sure I wasn't missing something obvious. Seriously odd!!0

I had that as well. I just registered it as unsure as I wasn't 100% - but now I'm wondering if the website is knackered. I also got a parcel the other day with no smart in and the website told me it should have had one. Assumed the sender had recorded it as included but not actually put it in.My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Have just phoned TNS to let them know that a packet I received today had the posting the details written on the outside.
They've taken the R number and will let the person concerned know. Maybe this will stop people from doing it.0 -

They should just send an email to everybody on their email list. They seem to have no problem sending out other nonsense emails.0 -
Anyone still having problems logging on today? The site will not load at all on Chrome and on IE I can get onto the site but can't click on any of the daily tasks. I have emailed them as no reply when I call.0
