Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

Having done as asked and returned the Smarts that I don't need this week I have received the following email:
Dear ,


You will shortly be receiving a small stock of additional SMARTs, as our records show that you may not have enough to put into your test items. These SMARTs will appear on your stock list with the status of Ready for Use. It is very important that you add a SMART to every item that you are requested to so, as these help Royal Mail pin-point where in their network delays may be happening. If you do not have a SMART in your possession please wait till you receive one in a received test item or directly from TNS.

You have to return the smarts that are highlighted in red. Any that say checking or ready to use just keep hold of them for future items. They request smarts are return when they need their battery changing. So, they are just sending some more to keep you going. HTH

I got the same email and just presumed the batteries needed changing. I received three SMARTS on Saturday so they're all going out this week.

I also got an email apologising for not sending my October incentive and they said they would re-order them for me.

Make a note in your diary for a couple of weeks' time (or whatever timescale they may have suggested) to check that you have indeed received the October reward.

Did my three weeks 're-training' to be told being put on hold as over subscribed. Then after a month started again, but i have to do the three weeks 're-training' again!

I just received my stamps for October and then in the envelope for next week's postings I received the November ones.

Excellent! I'm not all up to date.
