Just received this e-mail today:

"Thank you for posting items for the Royal Mail Survey for the past few weeks. Due to a space being oversubscribed, we are going to pause your participation for a few weeks.


We will let you know as soon as we have found another space for you. Meanwhile, you are able to continue participating on the Correctly Delivered survey."

Had only been training for 4 weeks!

I wonder why they accept us in the first place if they are over subscripted in our area? Doesn't make much sense to me if it's happening a lot!

They probably over-accept and then filter out the people best suited for their needs.

Anyone else who is doing the Unaddressed Mail surveys, still unable to enter data since Christmas day?

My screen is still greyed out.

Hi, does anyone want the diary that came with the xmas pack? I use an academic diary and nobody I've asked needs one either, but it would be a shame to see it go to waste.

Hope to avoid recycling it!

Yep mine still greyed out. I'm keeping a note of my UM and will add it when it allows. Funny that there is no problem with the correctly delivered and the normal survey though.

Same here, I'm going to see if it goes active again on Monday - if not then I'll email them to see what is going on.
