Same here, I'm going to see if it goes active again on Monday - if not then I'll email them to see what is going on.
My screen only greyed out on 1 January, yet they keep making it red when I log in as though it needs updating. Can't do, will hopefully just add if they sort on Monday.

I had an item to post on the August Bank holiday and then they queried it because the tracking didn't show it lifted until the next day.
  • I was supposed to start the unaddressed survey today, logged in to enter the items, but no option to do so on my current task list. Looks like others were experiencing similar problems over Christmas.....
  • Received an email from TNS on 31st December indicating they were still short of people for the UAM, and asking if I would take part.

I accepted but have had no reply, and there is nothing online to indicate that I have been accepted. I will retain anything that comes through the door for the next few days just in case they get their act together and add me to the survey.

    Just received this e-mail today:

"Thank you for posting items for the Royal Mail Survey for the past few weeks. Due to a space being oversubscribed, we are going to pause your participation for a few weeks.

We will let you know as soon as we have found another space for you. Meanwhile, you are able to continue participating on the Correctly Delivered survey."

Had only been training for 4 weeks!

and today (3 days later!) I get invited back to start training again!! :D

I have received email today, sent at 16.44, & option is on my list, so perhaps worthwhile to look again & see if it has now appeared.

Just checked the website again, and I have the link so I am definitely on the UAM survey again.
