If you have no SMART available for an item that needs one - you should hold onto that item until the same day the following week when hopefully you will have one for it. What a relief, have gone to prepare my items for next week and when i went to select next it came up as "this is no longer a smart item"
What a relief i had visions of a major back log for posting and knowing me, forgetting. :j

Morning Guys, Happy New Year.
I've not been on this thread before, but am currently on training for the post thingy and have been doing the unaddressed mail continuously for about 18 months.
My question - I've just logged in to submit my unaddressed mail, but when I get to the page to insert the info, everything is greyed out and I can't submit anything. I'm supposed to be logging the post until the 18th Jan.
Any ideas?

I'm also doing the Unaddressed mail surveys and the page is faint and greyed out at present.
Looks like it might be a problem at their end.

I guess it has had a holiday period and guess they(TNS) either 2nd or 5th...
If it is not fixed you can still contact them and give them the total number of UAM received in that partake;ar week they can still record it.
If you are doing this for the 1st time you should have 2 weeks to fill it in.
