You only need to book in SMARTS that you receive from other panelists (ie come with an item that has an R number), you may get some direct from west brom if you have no/low stock for you to put in items you are sending, these don't need booking in before use as west brom automatically add them to your online stock list.
If an item requests a SMART be included, when you go to check the details online and confirm it is prepared instead of it saying 'have you prepared item ***, yes, no' it will instead say 'have you put SMART *** with item number ***, yes, no' so then you will find the referenced SMART from your stock of SMARTS you have received and insert with the relevant r number sticker.
Sometimes they won't specify a specific SMART to insert but on these occasions will allow you to select which of the SMARTS in your stock you have inserted.
Hope that makes sense.
if you want to see what SMARTS you should have available to use click on 'return SMARTS to TNS' on the main menu when you log in & then 'list SMARTS currently in my stock' this is where they appear when you log them as received with r number items or where they are automatically added by west brom when they send them out to you to use.- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted

Newbie question.
For the letters and items that can fit in a post box but state they must be posted at post office, where should I post the items?
My post office doesn't have a post box inside. The post box is located a few meters outside the post office. Do I hand the items over at the post office or just post the items which fit in the post box outside?
Thanks0 -
Does anyone know how many stamps you get for each parcel? I am due a starter pack next week but don't have a clue what I will be getting for my time or anything!0

Do you mean what the incentives are for being on the panel? Or the specific incentives for posting parcels? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
