both really. how often do you post and what do you get in return?
I am a bit blind going into it
When you start training you receive 12 x 1st class stamps and 4 x 1st Large stamps.
Once you are on the full active panel, you receive these same stamps each month.
If you have to hand in a parcel at the PO and use APL for postage, you will be sent a L2S voucher to cover the upfront postage. You will then receive another L2S voucher for £2 at the end of the month.
You may also receive extra special stamps and other "goodies" during the year.
It is impossible to say how many letters/parcels you will need to send once you are active, as it varies from week to week for each person. And the same applies for the number of items you will receive.
Do read through the training and FAQ on the website for information.

I did get the diary and stamps yesterday though, which was a bonus, but I very much doubt I'll be posting an item on Christmas day as per their schedule!
And now another email inviting me back in :cool:0 -
Does anybody know if there's a way to flag the non-receipt of a non-R number item (magazines etc)? I've now got 5 issues of The Economist stacked up as due to be received on the website and not seen a single copy yet.I need to think of something new here...0

You don't need to record the large brown envelope or any of its contents.
If you don't have a smart available they may send some separately, or you may receive some in regular survey mail you receive. If you don't have a smart available when an item which requires one is due to be sent, do not send it on the due date, keep it until the same day the following week and use one of the smarts you should have by then.
Don't forget that some items which are shown on the paper schedule as needing a smart, may not actually need one. Check the online schedule which will have the right information.0 -

I don't think there is a way. In the past, I have just ignored them. Sometimes they will ask you to confirm you have not received an item but eventually they will disappear from your screen.0 -

If you really want to you could email and point it out to them so they can investigate and take them off your listings.0 -
This may be a stupid question but on the daily tasks page, does the 'Check non R number items' box always stay orange? All the other boxes change to green ticks once I've done them but that one never changes. Thanks.0

Mine has never been orange, and changes to a green tick once I click on it, but then again I haven't received (or expected to receive) any non R number items yet so that's probably why.0
