It can be up to 7 weeks but some people find they complete that and then are told the panel is oversubscribed in their area!
Usually then are invited back again and have to do the retraining once again.
You really have to wait and see when you start sending (and receiving) from addresses other than West Bromwich. It is then you will receive the monthly stamps & sometimes extra goodies but not everyone receives the goodies every time they are issued.
When do you normally get the stamps is it the start or end of the month?0 -

If you think you are missing stamps, contact them and they should send them to you. It's a good idea to keep a note of when you receive your stamps each month, so that you ensure you don't miss any.0 -
Yay! Just got my invitation back to the panel after a three month break. Guess they're short of [STRIKE]mugs[/STRIKE] participants in my area. Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??

Hey was wonder if anyone could help me. I recently sent some training items for a few weeks to then be told over subscribed for my area. I got an email stating starting again wc 19th.
Today I received my items in a plastic bag from RM with Our Sincere Apologies, my A4 brown envelope looks like it's went a swim in a puddle somewhere. Everything is wet so hoping things dry off & I don't get the blame for the deformed box I will need to build. should I be contacting TNS to let them know about this? Should I have got stamps since starting back again, since package was burst I don't know if anythings missing.
Ps this is first time I've received foam to post so not sure if I'm getting ready to become an active panellist.
Thanks for any help.0 -

If you're sending things to West Bromwich you're still on training and won't get any more stamps until you start the real thing. I had to send cubes with foam in on my 5th and 6th weeks of training but it probably varies. Since your package was burst, I think the best thing to do would be to e-mail them letting them know because Royal Mail could have potentially seen what was inside the package and know you're on the panel!0 -

Thanks Hollie. Ok I've checked my dates & that makes sense since this would be 5th week of posting if don't include the break. That's probably why letter says will start to receive other items from panelists.
I will email them to let them know, envelope was torn & foam was showing but all paperwork was underneath. Everything is currently sitting out to air lol.0 -

Be aware that if you tell them, they may well say your identity is compromised and so they will not allow you on the panel.0 -
I'm guessing it's the weather because I had an envelope arrive today that was completely ripped with the SMART hanging out. It was inside a clear plastic royal mail bag.
I'm sure the postman knows something is going on now

I received an email on Friday morning stating
"Dear xxx
Thank you for posting items for the Royal Mail Survey for the past few weeks. Due to a space being oversubscribed, we are going to pause your participation for a few weeks.
We will let you know as soon as we have found another space for you. Meanwhile, you are able to continue participating on the Correctly Delivered survey.
Please do not reply to this email. If you have any further queries, please direct them to our helpdesk at rmsurveys-helpline@tnsglobal.com.

despite participating on the survey over the years I have never received an email like this before. I have received a posting pack for next week and I have emailed them to see what I am supposed to do about it, I guess I am supposed to post them as normal?!?0
