Got this email 4 weeks ago and the posting packs kept coming. My posting pack arrived this morning with a note saying it was my final pack with February incentive and presentation pack of stamps plus further 12 x 1st class and 4 large stamps. I guess this could really be my last pack for a while. We'll see. Just signed up for another Unaddressed and a Correctly Delivered.
  • Hi all. I'm in a bit of a quandry this morning. My first part of my postcode is E14. Does that mean I can post in postboxes and at post offices in the E1 code area or the E14 area? The FAQs on the site say the following. Thanks!

you can choose another PostBox in your postcode area, which is indicated by the letter(s) in the first portion of your postcode.

Sorry to be blunt but clue highlighted above ;)
Letter or letters at the start of your postcode only, so the postbox reference will start E..
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
Swagbucks, Mingle, GiffGaff, Prolific, Qmee & Quidco; thank you MSE every little bit helps

Yes, I saw that, but it seems odd that the entire 'E' area is covered by my postcode as that is all of East London. It does not mention anything about 'numbers'.

I'm in the NR postcode, that stretches about 30+miles in most directions from my house & I can post in any boxes in that area, the results are corellated by by overall postcode area ie NR not sub division ie NR31 as I'd guess that is too much fine tuning for them to try & manage & of no benefit for the vast amount more effort it would take. They struggle enough as is to coordinate overall postcode areas!

Well - 6 weeks later my non-R number items have been:

One charity thing for poor kids in the Philippines which included 12p sellotaped to the leaflet because of the austerity in UK.

    One issue of Top Gear.
Yesterday I got.... The Feb issue of Top Gear (Jan never arrived) and another copy of the charity thing and another 12p.

Now 7 issues of The Economist queuing...
I need to think of something new here...
  • Out of interest, does anyone here just do the unaddressed mail survey (that pays in £5 vouchers instead of stamps)?

I got invited to do it by TNS (surveys first, then got invited to Shopandscan, then the unaddressed mail survey) and after a few times I was invited to the main RM survey, but I declined as I was too busy and am I right in thinking it's pretty time consuming? They've asked me twice now, so if they ask again I might be tempted! However, I've been doing the unaddressed survey almost continuously for 2 years now (3 weeks on, 3 weeks off - but I get the option each time, so can pick and choose which I do) and it pays £5 for less than 10 minutes "work" spread over 3 weeks, so about £100 total (and I don't even have to leave the house! :) ) which seems like less work for more reward (than the main survey)? So just wondering how much more time consuming is the main survey?
