Your online account can be accessed from here:
    https://rmpanelzone.research-int.com/

If you click forgotten your password they'll send you an e-mail with a new one so that you can log in. :)

    Thanks for that info.

Actually, I've emailed them about the online account, as there must be something missing somewhere, as I've had nothing from them to tell me how to log in or what my password is. Just seems a bit odd that they don't tell you how to access your account.

But if all else fails, I'll do what Hollie suggests:)

I never had any info from them telling me how to access it either. I just did a google search for it to find it when I first started but I agree that it's a bit odd that they don't tell you the link themselves or how to log in!

I received an email on Friday morning stating

    "Dear xxx

Thank you for posting items for the Royal Mail Survey for the past few weeks. Due to a space being oversubscribed, we are going to pause your participation for a few weeks.

We will let you know as soon as we have found another space for you. Meanwhile, you are able to continue participating on the Correctly Delivered survey.

Please do not reply to this email. If you have any further queries, please direct them to our helpdesk at rmsurveys-helpline@tnsglobal.com.

    Royal Mail Team

    TNS"

despite participating on the survey over the years I have never received an email like this before. I have received a posting pack for next week and I have emailed them to see what I am supposed to do about it, I guess I am supposed to post them as normal?!?

I received a response from them already in which they stated,

"Please continue to post any items on your schedule to ensure your account is up to date.

The system will continue to search for a space in your postcode area and may automatically place you onto the survey if a space is found.

Please post any items you were unable to post on the same week days they were due to be posted and ensure you enter the actual date posted when you go online."

I wonder how long it will be until I am invited back?!?

I've also got a list of non-R number items I could receive which looks like 3 trade mags and Top Gear (hurrah!)

Well - 6 weeks later my non-R number items have been:

One charity thing for poor kids in the Philippines which included 12p sellotaped to the leaflet because of the austerity in UK.

    One issue of Top Gear.

    and that's it...

The website tells me that I should have had another issue of Top Gear about a week ago (it's in the shops) and the last 6 issues of The Economist which I've seen neither hide nor hair of.

And there's no obvious way for me to signal non-receipt.

    Anybody else seen this situation?
I need to think of something new here...

No wonder I was a bit confused with this survey.

As a result of the email that I sent them, they've sent all the introductory information that's needed.

I thought there was something missing somewhere along the line!
