I received an email on Friday morning stating
"Dear xxx
[snip]"
despite participating on the survey over the years I have never received an email like this before. I have received a posting pack for next week and I have emailed them to see what I am supposed to do about it, I guess I am supposed to post them as normal?!?
Yes of course you post what they have provided.
You may receive another pack before there are no more for a while.0 -
I will be sending my first non-training envelope next week and the online schedule said to "Add SMART" (which I haven't received yet) and I have just clicked the schedule and it's told me it's now a non-SMART item and the "Add SMART" has disappeared from the Smart status.
So this means I don't need to add a SMART anymore right even though it originally said I had to? Probably stating the obvious here I know but I'm just double checking I didn't do anything to make it disappear accidentally!0 -

You would not be able to do anything to change the status like that. As it now indicates that no smart is required, then do not add one.
Sometimes the paper schedule indicates that a smart is required but the online schedule does not. Use the info from the online schedule as that is the most up-to-date information there is.0 -

Thanks! I thought I would need to post what they posted to me before they sent that email but never having received that email before I just wanted to be 100% certain.0 -

Last lot I got was at the beginning of December.0 -
Last week I had the email inviting me to participate - I accepted the invitation, as I've been waiting a year to try this.
Today my first mailing has turned up, enclosing my posting schedule and envelopes.
The introductory letter says that my 'SMARTS', will be sent to me separately before the allocated posting date.
It also goes on to say that, when I've posted my items I need to log into my online account and enter the sent items.
I've got two newbie questions, which I'm sure that someone can help me with.
What exactly is a 'SMART'? I've seen the term mentioned on here, but never really known what it means, and the letter doesn't explain it either.
Secondly, where do I get the online account from? I haven't got an account, so wondered if this was something I'd be advised of when I get the SMART, or if there's something else I need to do.
I think the introductory letter could be a bit more explanatory.
Thanks in advance for any help
