Advice needed please
I have just received my first unadressed mail pack in ages
and it has really changed
Now having to return the mail to them, but is it all unadressed
mail to be returned to them or only what royal mail delivers
to me?
The white stick on labels I assume only go on the listed items to
be recognised that they will be listing
The answers on here make much more sense than some of the
stuff they send out, so thankyou for the help and advice you all
give out on here, it is appreciated
If they have provided the labels and envelopes to return the unadressed mail, then it is ALL unaddressed items, eg free newspapers, whatever royal mail deliver, whatever is delivered as promotional literature for takeaways etc.
The labels should be attached to each item.0 -
As above.
Return and label all. Including take away menu, free local newspaper etc.0 -
Thankyou for the useful advice, I thought I only had to label
the specified items that they have highlighted to look out for.
They have sent me 3 sheets of labels though and 5 black bags
to send the items back in every Monday
Thankyou again for the advice given on this useful site0 -
On paper it tells me to add SMART.
Online it says not to add SMART.
When preparing the item it does not let me associate a SMART.
Am I right in saying, go with what it says online rather than the paper schedules provided?0 -
You're right, the online screen is more up to date than the paper schedule. You don't need to add a Smart.0

I was rested on the survey at the end of August and I have just received a test item with a smart tag and R number. Anyone else ever had this happen. I have not signed up for any other survey.0

Also happened to me. I assumed a panelist had been very behind with their posting list and sent it out a month or two on. I just recorded it and returned the smart to TNS.0 -

Some cubes have stamps whilst others have an APL.
Does it have an R number label? If it does, that should indicate if it should have been stamped.
I think you are going to have to contact TNS (phone tomorrow morning or email if not) because you will have to let them know about the two Smarts.0 -
