I have to post a medium box tomorrow at the post office with an APL. Its the first time I've had to do an APL, do I have to ask specifically for it or just say I want to send the parcel first class. Just worried in case they put stamps on instead but don't want to look suspicious.
Thanks
Just ask for the type of postage you need to, eg first or second class. Normally they will provide an APL, but if there is a problem with the printer they may need to use stamps. That is outside of your control.0 -
TNS phoned me this morning about an item not marked as posted from mid Sept. This was an APL item so the pack would have included a voucher. I never received the item in my pack and the sheet had a sticker "This item has not been included. Please post all other items as normal". Obviously the left hand does not communicate with the right !0

Received a small cube without any sellotape whatsoever on it  They had just folded over all the flaps on the bottom and top. I honestly cannot believe a Post Office accepted it in that state. I wasn't in when delivery was attempted and had to have it redelivered, so it has been to and from RM and in many hands - there is no way that it didn't fall open at some point. I am surprised that all the contents were still in it when it arrived. And of course, if I were to report them for this, it would be ME that would be removed from the survey for having been "compromised"!
Unbelievable!0 -

I feel your pain. I wonder if it was the same donut who did it to me. The calibre of panellists seems to have taken a turn for the worse recently.0 -

I posted an APL cube on 18 August. Should I have received my £2 reimbursement by now?0

Yes, you should have received it. Contact them to tell them it hasn't arrived.0 -
Got my two weeks notice email for the end of my current 6 month stint. I can't wait, lol, not sure I'd up for doing the main survey all year round and my six months on conveniently misses out the Christmas period. I'm still on the permanent unaddressed mail survey panel and there are always the correctly delivered surveys, much less work and no mangy parcels to post2020 Wins:

I've not received any post from other panellists for weeks now. I'm still sending two or three items a week but it feels as though TNS have forgotten about me. It's gotten to the point that I now don't have enough smarts to send this week's postings. Annoyingly I had more than enough, but they requested them back so I returned them thinking I'd continue to receive more... Has anyone else had this situation? I didn't receive the October issues of the two magazines I've been getting either, although they're on my "should have received" list, and now their company is gone from the other list. I did email TNS, but of course I've not heard anything back. Is it not totally unheard of to not receive anything for weeks?0
