Is there anybody doing the latest wave of unaddressed mail who knows if you still have to keep items to post back?

You only have to post the unaddressed mail back if they have sent you a plastic envelope and specifically asked you to. I have done 4 unaddressed on the trot and only had to send one lot back.

Thanks, I just got this reply from TNS.

"If your online posting schedule requires you to add a SMART which you do not have in stock:
Ø Please choose “NO” when asked if the SMART was added, and then allocate a SMART from your stock list by clicking on “add SMART” and choosing a SMART from the dropdown list.

These smarts will need to be within your stock list with the status of ‘ready for use’ or ‘awaiting stock check’.

If you have no SMARTs in stock:
Ø Please hold on to the item until a SMART becomes available.

By selecting "None added" from the drop down menu when preparing the item online, the SMART item will be turned into a “Non SMART” item. We will not be able to analyse the data from these items."

Help, TNS have gone even madder than usual.
I have one smart, 6 items to send next week, and a list of smarts in stock saying I've got 8 and they'd like 2 of them back. Do I presume there's some on the way that haven't arrived yet?

Yes - they add them to the online stock list at the point they are despatching them to you so they appear online before they do on your doorstep.

Typical, the week after I finish a correctly delivered survey I get all my neighbours post through my door!

Poor planning though to send me some then ask for them straight back again before they've even arrived.

I have done several of theses serveys and I have never had to post anything back to them
