I do a bit of vol work for a small charity and pass them on for them to use. You can always use them instead of ordinary letter stamps, bit of a waste but better than buying a new pack of stamps.

Thank you elsien, it's been fine on my laptop too but i didn't have regular Internet access on that day to use my laptop and where i'd always been able to use my phone to input the survey data, the daily tasks links are no longer working. I did email TNS but am still waiting for a reply so if anybody else uses a Windows phone not Android or iPhone and they can fully use rmpanel site please do let me know what i need to do.

Sell them in bundles on Ebay

I have a question I hope someone can answer.

I was due to post a cube today with an APL label, but when I logged in it said I was to add a smart with a particular number on.

I do not have the smart with this number, but do have one with a different number. I held off posting in case the allocated smart arrived today, but it didn't.
What should I do now, should I just post tomorrow with the different smart, wait to see if the correct one arrives or contact TNS?

You need to hold on to it until the same day next week. if you miss the posting day this week.

By that time you should have an answer fromTNS

Have you looked through the FAQ section for a possible answer?

Thanks, I have looked at the FAQ, but can't see an accurate answer.
I have emailed TNS, and will hold onto the item until next week.

In my pack today there was a note about smarts which said use the one listed or any one from the drop down list

Just got back on the survey after a 6 month break, just had a couple questions if someone can help with.

Firstly i got my 4 large and 12 normal stamps but no presentation stamps pack? Last time i got 1 at the start and 1 at the end... has this changed?

Secondly i been reading about 'test smarts' now included while people are on the training part. I received my 1st posting pack containing the usual test items to post to the West Bromwich address starting from next week. But non of these test smarts that need to be included.
