So I noticed on my list of Smarts yesterday a Smart listed that I didn't have in my collection. This morning I received an A4 envelope from TNS with the Smart in it, with a note telling me that I should use it for 'training items'. I've actually been on the panel since August 2013 (without a break), so it's been a while since I've had any 'training items'.
I then looked online at the list of Smarts, and lo and behold, this same Smart is listed as needing to be returned. So TNS send a Smart out, only to ask for it to be sent back on the same day I received it. What a waste of time.0 -

And did you (sheramber) get out of having to be trained again?
I didnlt have to do the training again although TNS sent me smarts to'include in my trsining items'. However they were ridnary smarts- not the training ones.
Again this week I have recieved my smarts in the enelope with my posting items , they are noted on my online schedule to include in my items but they are not noted on my list of smarts.0 -
Its wrong though - I posted at a box with one of these stickers last week and I knew I was posting later than 7am and recorded the item accordingly. TNS queried it as it turned out the post from that box was collected at 11.48am that day, which was the correct final collection time for this box before the stickers appeared. Glad I'm finished with the survey in two weeks, hopefully the changing collection times will be stabilised before I rejoin again in April next year.
If the notice on the post box was as Custardy posted, how was it wrong?
You posted later than 7 am (or perhaps later than 9 am?) and the post was collected at 11.48 am, which is after 9 am (which is the time the notice gives as the earliest last collection time).0 -

I dont think you are cut out for this.
You cant comprehend what the stickers actually say.......
RM are required to give 4 weeks notice for the change t the collections set up. hence the stickers.
This is national. After those 4 weeks,it doesnt mean all those boxes will change. merely it gives RM room to change the collections as needs be.0 -
Looks like my time on the panel has come to an end after about 18 months in a row!!! Should I get anything like stamps or a presentation pack as I've not had anything
Thanks!

I received stamps and the presentation pack with my letter telling me that it was my last pack for posting.0 -
Recently joined the posting panel, passed my training :j and am now on the "real" panel.
Anyway, just wondering if people have methods for remembering what day to post stuff. Just now i have post-its on the envelopes with the day for posting but do other people have a better system? Sorry if this has been discussed, I have searched but didn't come up with anything.Massive thanks to all who contribute on the MSE forums, especially on grabbit and competition boards0 -
i normally put everything back into the massive brown envelope that is addressed to me. and right on that one. as we cant mark the items we are posting out... but post-it notes work.0
