Is anyone else "resting" but still receiving items to log? Think it's a bit of a cheek?
I've been resting for 3 months and received an item out of the blue yesterday.
I wonder how long it'll be before I'm asked to return the smart?

I got a SMART email today telling me to send all of my SMARTS back. This is because my 6 months are soon to be over, though it would have helped if they'd mentioned that in the email.
I think maybe they've just sent out a round of SMART reminder emails and if you didn't fit into any of the other topics they've just sent that generic one.

On the 17th I got an email telling me I only had two weeks to go before they stop sending me things to post. I've got three things to post this week and just had a look at next week's and I've got another two items to post on the 10th. Is this normal slack "ending" or has my time on the panel not actually ended? I don't mind, but they've asked me to send back all my SMARTs and I don't want to do that if they're going to keep asking me to use them!

I think confusion seems to be the norm... I restarted training after the 6 months break; did 2 weeks of sending cardboard Smarts to West Brom then got an e-mail saying I was being put on hold because my area was over-subscribed. 3 days after that I get another e-mail telling me they are moving me from training to live and I should expect a pack this week.

I guess I'll see if it actually arrives and then look online for a schedule.

I wonder if they "overbook" each cohort in case people "fail" the training?
I need to think of something new here...

Do they ever "Fail" anyone? It wouldn't appear so when you read some of the posts on here about what/how they receive items from other members!!
  • Is anyone else's training website not working, because when I click on it it keeps telling me that the website is currently under construction.

Looks as though they may be doing some maintenance or upgrade work.

There is a link to FAQs available and a suggestion to check the Panellist guide you should have been sent at some point.

If you need any help, I'm sure that someone on this forum can be of help with most queries.

I believe the "Training" section has been displaying that message for some time. It certainly needed attention.
