I'm back on the TNS panel but still on training and only getting letters to post every two weeks .. schedule for next week online is blank0

I think confusion seems to be the norm... I restarted training after the 6 months break; did 2 weeks of sending cardboard Smarts to West Brom then got an e-mail saying I was being put on hold because my area was over-subscribed. 3 days after that I get another e-mail telling me they are moving me from training to live and I should expect a pack this week.
I guess I'll see if it actually arrives and then look online for a schedule.
I wonder if they "overbook" each cohort in case people "fail" the training?
Glad it wasn't just me that got put on hold during training due to over subscription! Thought it very odd…still training and already on hold!!PAYDBX 2016 #55 100% paid! :j Officially bad debt free...don't count my mortgage.

I wish I had that worry, last few weeks I've had 7-8 things to post a week, coming in two seperate posting packs on different days of the week. Its getting out of hand now for some stamps. That and the constant sending of SMARTS seperately only for them to demand the right back. They need to sort themselves out organisational-wise.

You can have my post to send out if you like
The two weeks prior had been a nightmare.! I had two cubes a week to send out, two of which i had to pay for the postage upfront, and a dvd box which allthough stated to post in a post box, wouldnt fit through the postbox at the end of my street so i had to make yet another trip to the post office and use the red posting boxes inside. Ive tried repeatedly calling them this morning but just get the automated voice stating the lines are now busy and to try later.. im not sure if my virgin package gives 0800 mumbers for free so i could be spending more there.... will have to check that out! guess im going to have to send an email instead allthough i would much prefer to speak to someone personally. id be happy to just do the correctly and unaddressed surveys, allthough the last two i did of those, i had to return all the mail in grey bags with stickers on for the duration.. begining to wonder if its all worth the hassle, allthough i do have a lot of cards to post this year so the stamps will come in handy :undecided0 -

When you write, "two of which i had to pay for the postage upfront," did you mean that you hadn't received the L2S vouchers which more than cover the cost of postage?0 -
Just been put on the survey panel (having already done a few "Unaddressed mail" ) and have today received my first posting pack, training I think.
Two items to post, a letter to be put in a post box and a jiffy bag to go via a post office. The jiffy is stamped so what do I say to the post office (it would fit in a post box).
Also the Smarts are coming separately, but what is a Smart?
Thanks
Edit: Just thought do they mean put in the post box inside the post office?0 -

If it says to post at a PO then it goes in the box unless it does not physically fit through the aperture.
It's supposed to be only the cubes (square boxes) which have to be handed over the counter.
If the posting items are going to West Brom then it is just training.
Smarts - you'll know one when you see it! It's a flatish piece of plastic in a clear plastic cover. (The training Smarts are cardboard rather than plastic but still in a plastic cover.) There should be illustrations on the website and I think they are shown in the training brochure you should have received. Have you read through that as I think it also covers what to say when you have to hand something over the counter and about posting in a box at a PO.0 -

The info pack they sent did say a training brochure was included but there was no sign of it!0
