I got the same you will either have a box or a medium size parcel to post and the vouchers are to cover the amount you will have to pay out on postage

done we also get vouchers near the end of the month. for doing it as well.

edit. just found it in faq. once its confirmed to be sent and receive we get another £2 of vouchers

I am one smart short for next week.

Yesterday I received a single smart from West Brom- yah!

Today I am asked to return that smart to West Brom. so am now one short again

What is going on?

They're utterly disorganised. I've had that 2 weeks running & am a smart short for next week so will not be surprised if it happens again

You do know you don't actually have to send it back, right? Just assign it to the item that needs one and it'll stop being red and they won't want it back.

ive just had an email saying they were sending out diaries one week and a roll of cellotape the next lol
