Thanks very much redagila and anamenottaken.

It's the full survey which I'm currently involved with.

Think I became slightly confused regarding returning magazines and post addressed to myself (with no R numbers), and thought that any not entered had to be returned to TNS.

Last time I recycled after three weeks, and will continue to do so this time.

    Thanks for your help.

Quick question, just preparing the items to send, brown envelopes with smarts, but when click on ready for preparation, it say Did you put smart XXXX with poster item number XXXX

What is the poster item meant to be, read the handbook, but no mention, nothing else came in package of items to send.

Each item you post is allocated an individual number, which can be viewed in the left column. The system is just checking the this number matches the correct smart you have to add and the smart goes with the correct item.

HELP before I lose the plot with myself please lol

2 questions, where it says to enter R number when I go to the receive part where is the R number on the sheet/where ever it is, I cant find it only thing I can find is R0000 which isn't accepting but can't find any other numbers

second, when it says where to post item n says post office do they mean the post box outside the post office or a post office with a postbox inside/hand it over.......can't work that one out.

Thanks, I'm sure this is all more simple then I'm making it to be LOL

EDIT, sorted postbox answer, just need to work out where the R number is meant to be, and how do I check where on it my postcode is to check it's the right 1 to be sent to me, thank

Anyone remember if this is normal? I tried from another computer and it says I've already completed te survey.
